This was my first time using A/C Rescue. I was having issues with my oil furnace. I called that morning and within an hour they were at my house. Very professional, friendly and competitive prices. Highly recommend and i will definitely be using them again in the future.

Technician arrived on time. Diagnosed problem as a clogged furnace drain line, made repair, and checked system as running and good. I agreed. About 2-3 hours later same symptoms, no flame and blowing cold air. Technician returned and he was able to fully complete the repair at no extra charge. Quick response on his second trip.

In the midst of this heat wave our air conditioner stopped producing cool air. After a little research, I decided on A/C Rescue. Austin was able to quickly determine the issue, he made the necessary repair and we have cool air. Austin as well as the person I spoke with to make the appointment were very friendly. The price of the service call & repair was very reasonable. In addition, I choose to support veteran owned business when I can because my family has deep military service roots. We have an 8 yr old Lennox system and the coil had a leak. The great folks at AC Rescue helped us file a warranty claim and supported us along the way. Their technicians are so kind and professional. Even going above and beyond to explain the workings of the system and their diagnostic procedures/findings. We had a fluke issue with ours system several weeks after having our repair work completed and they came back quickly to assess everything and gave us peace of mind. AC Rescue was amazing! The lady that answered the phone when I called was super sweet and very eager to get us help! Also, when Adam showed up he was very nice and explained everything.
