I had a issue with my HVAC blowing cool air instead of warm. A technician (Hunter) arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the issue in a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I will definitely refer Comfort Control Systems and/or call them if I ever have any issues with my HVAC! Highly recommended!

I called and they were here within 2 hours. I didn't expect service so soon and for that, I am grateful. Sean was able to identify the problem with my HVAC system and repair it quickly. Prices reasonable. He even let my dogs out for a little exercise and then brought them back, LOL! Highly recommend.

They came out same day and got my AC back up and running. While fixing the broken part they explained how the system works and which parts work together and how they can fail. Customer service was awesome too! They weren't pushy with sales, just told me about my options and gave me some information. All in all I will be using them again.

Dakota is knowledgeable, kind and professional, He fixed a problem that a local HVAC company misdiagnosed. The communication between this company was excellent. They were prompt and effective. Hands down the best HVAC company to serve Pilot Mountain and surrounding areas.

Called Comfort Control Systems because of course the HVAC decided that during a heat wave was a perfect time to not want to work. Spoke with Tamara who is friendly and understanding. She was able to let me know that we would be able to have a technician stop by same day! Our technician, Hunter, came out and was courteous and quick. Had the part that was needed to fix the HVAC and our AC is now cool again. Definitely glad I found them and will absolutely recommend them for any future HVAC needs.

The guy they sent was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend CCS and we'll definitely be going to them for our HVAC needs. They also do plumbing and electrical work, too, but I already have established business with 2 other companies for those things. But, good to know, just in case.
