Hall's Heating and Air LLC

The compressor failed in one of my A/C units so I gathered quotes from 3 companies to replace it. Hall's was the lowest one and after reading their reviews I went with them, and I'm glad that I did. Brandon got my A/C working again for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend that you give them your business!

Brandon and his team at Halls Heating and Air are fantastic. We had very old units for the downstairs and upstairs of our house that never worked correctly. He came out and helped us troubleshoot the units until it was finally time to replace them. His team was courteous and quick. They answered all of my questions about how they work; made sure to install it in a way that was much easier to navigate than the original units and left everything cleaner than it was before when they were finished. I tell everyone I know about his team and how well they take care of their customers.

They been closed for over 15 days .I called about my air conditioning. Left a message 15 days ago.family member is sick working out of home .she said .I am sorry for you having a family member is sick .I will pray for there speedy recovery .

Hall’s is the premier Triad HVAC servicer. They’ve probably saved me a good $20,000 over the last several years. When the big firms come and quote you an enormous amount of money for a replacement, do yourself a favor, take a second, and call Hall’s. You won’t regret it.

Our heat pump went out after 20 years so we called Brandon for an estimate to replace it. He came out that day and replaced it the next. His estimate was the lowest of the 5 companies we called, and significantly lower than the larger companies we had dealt with in the past. There was a problem with the outside unit, but Brandon and his Dad came out the next day and did a warranty replacement with no hassle. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and a fair price so I would give them 6 stars if I could! Will definitely be calling them for all our HVAC needs going forward.

We have had a few Heating and air compaines in and out of our home, this company is by the far the best to date. Brandon was great and took his time to find out what was wrong with our unit. He was thorough and precise. Very personable. We will continue to use Hall's for all future Heating and air needs.
