Shawn & Erik arrived a little earlier than expected to our job site to our satisfaction. Both had a great attitude and very personal appearance, clean and with a smile. They both explained the procession of installation of our HVAC system and said they would be more than happy to answer any and all questions and concerns through the installation. My wife and I had GREAT interaction with them and enjoyed them very much.Both had GREAT skills and very efficient in their work. We will welcome them again if ever needed!! THANk YOU VERY MUCH.... Excellent communication, incredibly reliable, always looking for ways to save me money in the long run by spotting problems early on. Really appreciate recommendations on how to handle charging my EV safely at home. Timely and affordable with excellent customer service. They installed my heat pump works great and this time they fixed the wiring after a GFI nearly caught fire (unrelated to heat pump install). Repeat customer for a reason!

Capital Heating has been my company for vacation for 2 decades. Their service is great. The technicians are all friendly, communicate well, and very knowledgeable. Their piping is nothing short of art. Plumb and square and perfectly positioned. Marty has done a lot of the work. Marty is credit to the company and humanity. Ok that might be a little over the top, but, he laughs at my jokes. That's worth a lot of stars.

Always a pleasure working with Capital Heating, cooling, and plumbing. I have used for years for heating and HVAC, now nice to add the plumbing into the team. All the guys are great to talk too, I like to ask questions and get a better grip on my home. Some folks in past don’t care for that. Capital likes to keep me informed and I appreciate that. I just had Sean out to my house to replace my old main water valve. It was done professionally, and quickly. I definitely appreciate the Capital team and will continue to use.

Shawn serviced our AC unit and was completely professional and was willing to stay the whole day if needed. He ended up fixing it in under an hour and even checked up with us a few days later to make sure everything was still working. Honestly a great guy and seems to enjoy his work while also being pretty vocal with us about what he was doing. He's very knowledgable and anyone would be lucky to be working with him.
