Sunset Air

Sunset Air is responsive and provides great quality HVAC products and services. Jim was our salesman and project manager. He misquote personable and friendly, as is the entire crew. They installed a heat pump furnace and AC as well as a heat pump water heater with natural gas back-up. (We already had gas appliances but we are shifting to all electric appliances.) Tyler and Devan did great work on removing the old appliances and installing new ones.

Lucas and Brett were very friendly, knowledgeable and were very clean. Any mess that was made they were quick to clean it up. Workmanship is very nice as well. I will recommend them to others that are looking for a system!

We had our solar system installed by Sunset. Very pleased with everything. Jesse, the sale person was very responsive during the whole process. The price was very reasonable. James and Houston, the installer were quick, professional and neat. Great installation. Just had a new Heat pump system installed by Sunset. It was replacing an old furnace. The system plugs into our existing duct work. The install is very clean. The HVAC installers, Devin and Tyler were great to work with and did a excellent job. As did the electrical team. Excited to have both projects completed.

Always a top quality job. Sunset air is extremely reliable. They’ve done my heat pump, furnace, water heater, and always quality job. J arrived on time and called Ahead to confirm. He was extremely thorough and detailed and explained what he did, was open to questions, and gave an after action report that I could totally understand. Once again, Sunset Air gave me peace of mind going into the winter. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ian, and his crew did a fantastic job! He introduced himself, and his crew. He told me the steps of his plan from start to finish. I had emailed the rep to see if I can have the unit moved to the front because the original plan was to have it installed in the backyard , and Ian looked at it and said yes because it made sense, and convenient for everyone. And I appreciate that. They completed the installation in record time, they were supposed to be here for two day, but it turned out to be one! My entire experience with Sunset Air was amazing from beginning to end! From the initial visit with the project manager Steve, who answered all our questions and made us feel confident in our decisions, to the awesome techs and electrician that came in for installation. Lucas and Brett made the installation days a breeze. They were kind, professional, and very efficient. The whole project was smooth from start to finish, and completed just in time for a heat wave!
