Very thorough inspection - My buyer scheduled a HVAC inspection on a property he is buying. Our technician Chris was thorough, gave us much needed information regarding the age, condition, expected life span of units as well as quotes for issues that were found. We really appreciated that he helped us uncover issues before we were surprised with them during a hot summer or a cold winter. As a Realtor, it's important to partner with great vendors and I appreciate the integrity and workmanship of Busy Bee.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful The site project manager again, very knowledgeable very helpful. Did not try to push just the most expensive one. He had did a very good job explaining the differences in the different types of units. The installation team had it installed before I got home clean and neat. The only issue I have they left the doors open and they took my new thermostat but all in all it seem to be very pleased.

Mr. Phillips was very professional and respectful. He explained the entire process and what other concerns he had about our plumbing. It was refreshing and a joy to have such a kind, helpful young man to help. In the future, I request you send Mr. Phillips. We trust him and admire his hard work ethic. It's refreshing to have such an expert to work on our home. Thank you so much for sending him. Our water pressure is all better.

CAUTION!! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! I am a new home owner and called for a routine plumbing visit for a drain. I was told the drain isn’t clogged and my entire home needs to be re-plumbed, I need to replace the moisture barrier, and my duct work is falling apart. On top of all that, there’s fungus growing. I’ve owned the home a year and a couple weeks. They quoted me $25k for the listed above. I could only afford to schedule the duct work replacement. My boyfriend is home during the install. I come home and find a mess. The silicone in the floor boots is barely noticeable. The vents inside home don’t sit flush because the screws are in the wrong place. There is ripped insulation outside and in the entrance of the crawl space. The duct work has holes at the multi connection. There is a broken pvc for my condensation line. I called the project manager to complain and he sends the crew out the next day. Once again my boyfriend is home and instructs them to run the condensation line outside of the house. There is a hole already existing to route outside from where they broke it. I come home and find that they once again cut corners and the condensation pipe is not outside but in the center of the crawl space. I know have them out today for the 3rd time and spoke directly with the contractor who would be at my house and instructed there is a hole already and just move the pvc to go out the existing hole. I come home to find that they drilled a new hole. I will never ever contact them for any services! The first time , hey things happen. But the 2nd and 3rd time being ignored when we are very clear of what our expectations are is just ridiculous. This project was just shy of $10k - every interaction now feels predatory! Look behind your contracted workers - sad to say I would have been completely ripped off had I not crawled under the house and went behind every single move they made. I’ve added some photos.

I was initially dissatisfied with the job that was done by the plumber but their manager contacted me and was polite, professional, and eager to make things right.
