I had the best experience with K&S. Noah is very professional as well as friendly family-like. He was very happy to explain how things work and why the issue happened. I always want to learn how things work and so forth so it was nice to have someone take the time to happily explain. I will refer K&S to friends and family for sure. K & S worked with us to install two new HVAC units in our bi-level condo. They understood that we wanted the most affordable and competitive estimate possible, as this isn’t our forever home. Every team member I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The owners were very communicative, and the work was completed without any issues. The team left our condo just as clean as it was before the project began! We will definitely be using K & S for any future HVAC needs.

After multiple calls to my apartment maintenance to fix my heat with no success it took Noah one time to get it working! When we called to get service, Cole was able to come out to repair our unit same-day! Though he didn't have the part with him, he was able to go and get it and return to do the repair within a few hours, and we only had to pay for the single hour of labor. This is the second time we've used K&S, and we're very grateful for the excellent service!
