Derrick Hagen installed a whole house water filtration system today. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work. He genuinely enjoys his work and takes alot of pride in it. The system was not cheap but Derrick was worth every penny. It looks great and I can already see and taste the difference in the water. So happy I hired Peterman Brothers. Very professional start to finish.

We had a completely clogged drain in our kitchen sink which is detrimental to doing life lol! So I called around a couple places and the pricing was not unexpected but still expensive for our financial situation. I found a deal online with Peterman Brothers and I just decided to make a call and they were super kind on the phone. They were able to get me in the very next morning and this young man Sal came and did an awesome job! He had a great attitude from the moment he walked in the door from the time that he pulled out of the driveway. He went above and beyond with clearing the clog explaining everything as he went along. He was very respectful and helped me to understand and translate all the plumbing lingo to something I could process. The drain is absolutely clear and I am very well pleased with the work. Would suggest this young man a particular to anyone I know!

Derrick Hagen, a Peterman Bros. plumber, recently installed a combination sump pump with battery backup in our basement. He installed the pump promptly and expertly. As a bonus, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived and is a genuinely nice guy! I should mention that the wiring for the sump pump and a septic (muck) pump were previously brought up to current electrical code by a Peterman electrician, who also did excellent work.

A’Ron was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, and very respectful—he even wore shoe covers (highly appreciated by our new floors) and kept everything clean throughout the process. He completed a timely and quality install of our sewer grinder pump, and went above and beyond by helping with an additional issue while he was here. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the other gentleman who accompanied him, but both were fantastic! Outstanding customer service and an all-around great experience. We’ve only ever had positive interactions with Peterman, and this service was exceptional. Thank you for your help!

Sal and John were phenomenal in helping me resolve my plumbing concerns in a quick and professional manner. They went above and beyond standard customer service. They were polite and very pleasant to work with. Working with them put my mind at ease. They ensured I knew what the project was and understood what steps they were taking to fix it. They both clearly care about the work they do and their customers. I would recommend these gentleman to anyone!

The company itself was very professional. I made the appointment and the sent me texts to remind me and to keep me in the loop ahead of time with my technicians names so I knew who to expect. The price was VERY reasonable. I honestly expected more. Sal and Derek were great. Very nice and even willing to comply with my weird demands to stay as quiet as possible. (My husband works 3rd and was asleep) They were as clean as possible. I have had other plumbers WRECK my basement in that area doing the same job (they were cleaning out a pipe) and they left very little mess. They kept me up on everything they found, and gave me tips. I will DEFINITELY be using this company again.

AC had not worked for a couple of days - when Collin came out, he was very thorough and professional in addressing not only the current HVAC system issues but other issues around the home which had been in dire need of attention. Collin spent many hours taking apart the AC unit, cleaning it out, also the outside condenser unit, put everything back together, replacing parts, adding components to make the existing system function optimally and the house was cooling off nicely later that afternoon. He presented several options and walked us through the pros and cons of each. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system, took many pictures to document the before and after and sent all pictures and notes in an email for our reference. I’m so grateful Collin came out on this service call - his expertise and assistance were desperately needed and appreciated. I plan to call him again when I need service in my own home.
