Ryan was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, professional and took his time to explain the process installing our whole house water softener system and RO system. Ryan was very detailed in his work and was able to help me make decisions on the best placement of the items. Had Brad as a technician to install our new Carrier 2 stage furnace and 2 stage AC unit, new humidifier and new electronic filter. He and his crew were very pleasant to deal with and informed me of all that would be occurring during the install, even saying come down at anytime that you want to see anything, covering everything and making sure we had our parrot away from the dangerous fumes. Very professional and highly skilled in building the whole new trunk system and looks great! We also ordered the electronic air filter and seems to be working great. They cleaned everything up as one would want their house to be left. Wanted to also thank Katie/Kurt on the inside as well as they helped me all along the way to get things to the price I was looking for. Thanks again guys and I am happy I choose you again a year later from getting our Kenitco RO system, we are a fan!

Communication from Aquarius was wonderful. Mike is a great technichian. Mike diagnosed everything and took the time to explain everything to us. Will definitely us Aquaurius again. After Mike reviewed the condition of our furnace with us, we decided to replace our 20 year old furnace. Mike was able to set us up the same day with a Sales Rep. Kurt came to our house a couple hours later to show us what Aquarius had to offer. Kurt was an absolute pleasure to work with. No high pressure and very informative using terms easy to understand. My wife and I decided to purchase a system and were able to get an install four days later. On that date Brad and Jeff came out to install. They, like everybody else, treated our house dwith great care, covering the floor and their shoes. They were joined by their supervisor Mick, who is also an electrician and completed the installation. Brad stayed behind and walked us through the use of our new, fancy thermostat. He made sure we were comfortable with it and invited us to call with any further questions. They treatment we received from everyone at Aquarius, including office workers(!) was impeccable. We will definitely use Aquarius again!!! As I was finishing this, Raelynn(hope I spelled that right!!) from their permit department called to set up our city inspection. Aquarius makes everything easy!

Great service and couldn't be happier with the work done. Michael Marshaw came to do the work and was very friendly and professional. He did a great job installing our Whole House Water Softener and RO System. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how to maintain, and services that they offer for help with maintenance or other projects we may have. He was meticulous in his work as well as fast. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

Wyatt did a great job servicing our whole house filter and water softener. We had an issue with our well where it pumped debris into our system and Wyatt spent an entire afternoon cleaning and repairing our system back to running condition. We were very satisfied with the service from Wyatt and Aquarius!

Commitment to integrity of work completion, competitive pricing, and great customer service in a nutshell. But for the complete review… I found out that my existing HVAC unit was not working well. I decided to replace the old system entirely. I met with five different companies, Aquarius was the second one. I had to do my due diligence. The Aquarius salesperson that came to the house was flexible with my schedule. He was very knowledgeable, and not pushy. He clearly showed me all of my options, and did not try to upsell me. The home office contacted me to follow up if I had any further questions. Katie, was my contact person. She was always pleasant, patient when answering all of my questions. She was prompt when responding if I had to leave a message. The service center really made me feel that it was more than just installing a unit, I was going to be able to have this level of service going forward. I was very impressed with the level of support. The day of the install arrived. It was raining. I called the office to see if they would have to reschedule due to the weather. Katie told me no everything would go smoothly. She was right! Shortly thereafter, Chris and Lucas arrived with Matt, the electrician. They were friendly and prompt. I have an upstairs unit with cream carpet on the second level and the stairs. Everyone was so respectful of my home and the cleanliness of my home. After the work was done, Chris walked me through everything. He even let me take a video so I wouldn’t forget anything! He stressed that I could just call I could talk with him directly. WOW! Excellent customer service! I will be replacing my water softener and heater soon and I WILL be using Aquarius!!!
