Ethan with Absolute electricians did a great job installing my ceiling fan. The technician explained why the fan wasn’t working and gave me several options with price estimates to get it fixed. He explained everything clearly and simply so I could understand my options. He also told me about the average lifespan of fans and how they have changed over the years. He was also very clean which I liked!

Courtney and Timmy They did an amazing job walk me through everything they were doing over my ring camera as I wasn't able to be home at the time of the install. Very very professional took time to clean up and to make sure everything was working correctly and looking better than they found it. I contacted Absolute Services because my furnace, which they installed approximately four years ago, would not ignite. The technician appeared uncertainabout the issue and had to contact another person to diagnose issue. He eventually decided on a corroded exhaust pipe and a faulty pressure switch, recommending replacement of both. When I asked why the exhaust pipe had not been replaced during the original installation, he replied that it was not replaced 'ifit’s still in good shape.'I was quoted $974. Although the pressure switch was under warranty, I was told the highcost was due to labor. The repair, however, only took approximately 30 minutes to complete. I was told the parts would arrive the following Monday, and I was informed I would not need to be home for the repair.After multiple unreturned calls over the next two days, I was eventually told the repair would occur onThursday, October 30. At that point, I was informed I had to be present, contradicting the technician’searlier statement. When I said I would cancel the job, the company reversed its position and said I didnot need to be there after all.Later that day, I received several calls claiming the doors were locked. When I returned the call, I wastold the technician could not get inside. I left work immediately, only to find he was parked two housesdown, while my back door was unlocked.Afterward, I checked Goodman’s website and found that both parts could be purchased for about $100.I also obtained two independent estimates for the same repair—one for $350 and another for $450.When I requested an itemized invoice, I only received a brief statement from the technician, with nolabor breakdown or explanation. Despite multiple phone calls and text messages, I never received afollow-up or resolution.
