Fast Response Heating & Cooling

I have been a customer of Fast Response in the past. I've spent almost a week calling to get a copy of past service invoices in order to close the sale of my property and have been continually ignored. The response has been "we're very busy", and the manager responsible for sending it won't even talk with me. Apparently if they're not receiving payment for something, they have no interest in you or providing any decent level of customer service. And for additional reference, the other HVAC companies we have used all sent me the requested information within 24 hours. Speaks volumes to how Fast Response feels about their customers.

Top notch! I called little after 9:000am and they were at the house a little after 1pm same day!!! That in itself is unheard of. Tyler was great and fixed the problem very quickly. What a breath of fresh air in this day and time. I have found a new "go to" company. Give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Just dealt with them through American Home Shield, would definitely not recommend. Work order was to look at my furnace in the basement, but somehow also included a recommendation to replace my ac unit. The tech that came insisted on me completing the survey in front of him, before I had a chance to really think about what he did. He also said we needed to replace our furnace, that just kept running after he left. DO NOT RECOMMEND! By the way the 2 stars is because of thier level of communication.

I had a great experience with Fast Response. I called because I came home after work to a hot house/AC wouldn’t cool and I needed help, fast. They sent a tech named Scott and he had the report sent to my home warranty company and everything completed so quickly. I am thankful for him and this company helping me and being so thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Thank you Scott and Fast Response!

Scott notified us when he was on the way and got here as scheduled. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. He repaired the current issue. The unit is 25yrs old and he pointed out aspects of the system that are functioning but probably don't have long to operate. Outstanding service visit.

We love Fast Response Heating & Cooling! They’re the only company we call when our furnace or AC needs service. We signed up for the plan that covers an annual maintenance of each unit. A small price to pay knowing our system will continue to run. Scott was out today for routine furnace maintenance. He communicated when he would arrive and was on time, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about our system. I appreciate he took the time to educate me about the unit and answer all my questions. This was Scott’s second time to our house, he was here over the summer checking our AC. It was nice to see a familiar face knowing the service will be the best.

Fast response was great! Came out quickly and got our entire furnace replaced within just a few days. We are currently doing home renovation and out of all the companies we’ve had come out Fast Response has been the only one we have been fully satisfied with. Scott, Noah, Daniel, Joshua, and Michael were all out at different points - friendly, answered all our questions, and did a great job!
