Litsey's technicians are always very professional and thorough. Our heating went out, they came the next day cleaned the heat pump coils and reset the thermostat. They keep up to date on the equipment and knew what needed to be done. Highly recommend

New to the Louisville area and required an immediate service call. Litsey was referred to me and they have been fantastic. They were very responsive and attentive from the very first call and had a technician out within 24 hours during peak season...impressive! Dealt with the immediate issue I had, and I then hired them for an install on two new A/C units and took advantage of their annual service plan. The entire team is nothing but professional, attentive, and did a first-class job. Prices were very competitive as well. I would highly recommend!

Second time they came to fix my A/C unit only to be here doing repairs for 5 minutes and done just for it to still be 81° in the house while I'm 6mos pregnant and taking care of my disabled mom. And waited atleast a day or so for the difference in temperature to occur that never happened... the A/C unit still isn't spinning and doesn't reach up stairs leaving it almost 100° for my 2 daughters to sit in on an 86° day. While for some reason the a/c unit only works when the furnace is cut on which I thought was supposed to run on a totally different system but use the same air ducts.... Nope just sitting in hell for no work to be done and no air to actually be coming out the vents... The repair guys aren't very nice either but sure they get paid well to do nothing....

Joe was quick and efficient with assessing and fixing the problem. He also provided me with feedback for how to maintain my HVAC in the future. He was respectful of my home and took all responsibility for any cleanup that was needed.

Julian Came out and was very quick and to the point and fixed the issue. Very happy and blessed to have the cold air. I even got bumped up to an earlier time so I don’t have to try and find somewhere else to stay now. Great service. Also took care of some pesky wasps.
