Thank you for taking care of us especially when other companies can't schedule us because they were too busy and were 2 weeks out on scheduling us. You took us immediately and got the job done. All crew members were very professional, got the job done in a timely manner. When I had issues after the installation, it was a immediately response afterwards and came out with hesitation. Oh my goodness..this company is great. Our A/C wasn't working right. We had two different companies come out before Western States Home Service. One charged us and didn't fix anything. The other just wanted to sell us a new unit. Western States was so great. They communicated well, answered our questions and fixed our unit so it works great. They said this unit may have 15 years left. We are so thankful they saved us so much money. Highly recommend them!

Jalen Godfrey was out to do the 6month service today and as always has done an excellent job. Efficient and clearly knows his stuff. Always happy to talk through detailed electrical and mechanic questions related to my system, it definitely puts my mind at ease having someone who is so proficient at what they do looking after my homes HVAC.

Tanner and Western States saved me thousands of dollars by rescuing me from an unnecessary major AC repair. For over seven years, I've used Company X for service. On Tuesday, Sept 9, 2025, they sent two 'seasoned' technicians to diagnose why my unit wasn't blowing cold air. A blown capacitor on the Easy Start component was identified as the initial cause of the problem. In addition, they claimed the capacitor cause the compressor to fail and needed to be replaced. As 'proof,' they showed me a picture of a Megohmmeter. A major red flag was that they never even removed the fan to access the compressor. I then called Western States for a second opinion. Tanner quickly and properly accessed the compressor and found nothing wrong with it. It took Tanner about 3 minutes to correct the initial issue and the AC started right up and ran perfectly. He also checked that the compressor was operating at manufacturers specifications. Thank you, Tanner and Western States, for your honesty and for saving the day. You've earned a new customer.

Six months ago, I purchased a new Carrier A/C unit from Western States Services. From the initial sales meeting to the installation, I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Rolando did a fantastic job of install, in an area that required some removal of trim, cutting, plaster and painting to install in a bedroom attic. It looks perfect. The HVAC Tech Joel came out today for a complementary 6 month service check. He installed a surge protector and shared his knowledge relating to filter types and changes. This company has wonderful people working for them.

Mike came out to perform maintenance on my very old AC unit. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He couldn’t do a lot because of the age of the unit but he did offer me some advice, which I appreciated because what do I know about AC units? Very nice company to work with even the representatives I speak with over the phone have been super friendly.

Darren Jonovich was an extremely professional n knowledgeable technician. Answered all of our questions. Awesome guy!!! We need more people like him. Very honest n friendly. We highly recommend him to be your technician. Awesome job Darren.
