Baker Brothers was great! They came in and helped us repair and service some much needed plumbing and AC tune up needs. Alberto and Kelvin were very professional and respectful. Alberto found some issues with the AC and explained everything easily for us to understand and the repair price was very fair. Kelvin was also amazing on the kitchen sink, garbage disposal and toilet repairs/replacements. We are so happy with our new porcelain thrones and the garbage disposal works great! We even purchased the family plan which is a great buy as it pays for itself for major repairs and replacements like we had. Thank you Baker Brothers!

I had an urgent plumbing issue and was without water. Baker Brothers was able to send out a plumber within an hour and a half. Not only that, but they sent me a photo of Julio, his details and experience, and a tracker that let me know exactly when he would arrive. That made me feel safe knowing exactly who to expect and when. Julio was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and gave me an exact price before starting the work, which I really appreciate. He kept me updated at every step of the process, showing and explaining to me what he was doing, and giving me options for my convenience. He did a fantastic job, he was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and incredibly professional— and you wouldn’t even know he had to dig up a big hole in my yard— he left it looking great. Without a doubt, I’ll definitely be calling these guys next time I need some help. Thank you so much!

Baker Brothers is our GO TO! Always phenomenal customer service and hospitality. This call was regarding our air conditioner not cooling, we were a steady 80*. The news was not what we were expecting the unit needed to be replaced along with coils on the furnace. All I thought was $$$ and although it was a shock BB master electrician was very understanding and guided us through our options. We had our unit installed yesterday. Very thorough and professional. Thanks again!!

We had Baker Brothers (specifically Josh C) out to install some faucets, a disposal, and start our gas stove. He arrived promptly, was very polite, and went right to work. It was about a 3 hour job and he didn’t stop. He did a great job! We have always had great service from Baker Brothers and will continue to use them.

Recently needed a washing machine faucet replaced during a move and called Baker Brothers. Their response was very quick and the plumber arrived on schedule. I was told that because of the method used to install the faucet when the home was built he would need to cut an access panel in the drywall. I was in a bind, so I agreed to proceed. The repair took less than an hour, however, I ended up with two blue handled faucets with no way to distinguish between the hot and cold water lines once the repair was completed. For this I was charged $935 and a subsequent drywall repair bill of nearly $300. I guess that’s what one deserves when in a pinch and need something done quickly. Probably the last time I call Baker Brothers though.

They guys are very knowledgeable with what they're doing. They are very polite and very professional, and they kept my house clean after they were done with their work. They were very industrious, polite and easy to talk with when I asked questions of what they're doing and doesn't mind me watching over them a little bit while they continue doing their work. They never stop working even when I am standing at the door watching them while their working. One guy stayed longer to finish both of the bathroom jobs and the other guy left as soon as he finished installing my water heater. Both men did such a good job with their work at my house. I like their work, and I like the two men that came to my house that installed my water heater and repaired both of my bathroom problems. I would recommend them to my friends because their such a great worker and such a gentleman. I recommend this company with my friends, and I am glad I got their name from my next-door neighbor. Thanks a lot for both of them and for the company that sent them to me.
