Johnny from Integrity Air Conditioning deserves 10 stars!! From the very beginning when he was willing to come over and see what type of air conditioner that we needed, to keeping us updated on when Integrity could install the new unit, he did an excellent job. Finally, Johnny skillfully installed an excellent HVAC unit and then left our home in excellent condition afterwards. I will 100% use Integrity Air Conditioning again. The technician came out lite.my furnace with no problem. He was very polite and he answered all my questions. I'm very happy I would recommend integrity and it didn't cost a lot.
I just wanted to take time to express my gratitude for the outstanding service received this morning. My technician Isidro was very kind courteous and professional. He took time to explain everything clearly and he even spoke with my husband on the phone to explain it to him. He recommended small items for the unit to keep it running for hopefully years to come. Great experience with integrity AC! The owner of the company, James Edwards. Home AC went down and spoke with James who immediately was on top of things. They were quick to respond and show up and get my AC back running in this hundred degree weather! I was treated great and run. The service technician was awesome! My AC failed and their repairman Kenneth arrived within two hours of my call. He was friendly and straight forward. He showed me the parts that were failing and explained it well. The prices were a little lower than I expected and he fixed it all up in around an hour. AC is working well since then. Excellent service!
