FERSA has done a great job serving several of my real estate clients in the metroplex. I have them out often for inspections, repairs and even replacements when needed. I find their service to be professional and fair. Never alarmists but always clear on the issue(s). Their rates are also very competitive. They also just completed a full replacement of the HVAC for my clients in Coppell and did a great job!

Luis and his company are by far the absolute best and most honest HVAC company I have ever dealt with and in my line of profession I have used or been involved with many different HVAC companies. I must say that we are a customer for life and I cannot stress, just how nice it is to deal with the company that is honest and does spectacular work. That is a rarity nowadays. I don’t often leave reviews, but I am so Amazed by this company that I just had to leave this review. I’m thankful we have found this company for our AC services and I highly recommend!

FRESA did an outstanding job replacing my air condition unit. They provided top level customer service and follow up with me regarding any questions and freedback on overall unit installation. I highly recommend their service. Carol and Louis are very nice people.

I would highly recommend FERSA based on my experience. They were able to get me on the same day during peak season. Luis diagnosed the problem with my existing unit and gave me several options in solving it. They offer very reasonable finance options, if needed. I chose a new unit, instead of a repair. They offer just about every brand. The installation went well. They upgraded my ducts and return air configuration as a complimentary service. The job looks really nice. Throughout the process, Karen and the office staff were very accommodating and accessible. Luis came by the day after the installation to double check the work of the installers. FERSA was reasonably priced and made the process very easy. They cleaned up really well. I highly recommend FERSA. They answer the phone and do as they promise and they do a good job. No suprises or stress or hidden costs.

I got Luis' number on Friday, called him first thing in the morning and he was out at my house, same day and diagnosed the problem with my AC and had a guy out to fix the problem on the same day. He's attentive and puts you and your problem number 1. I have called and texted Luis multiple times and he always helps. Luis is very reasonable in price. I will use him with anything HVAC or Electric related from here on out. Highly highly recommend

FERSA HVAC did a great job! They showed up quickly when I needed a quote for replacing two air conditioners. They took a look at existing systems, gave me a price and timeline to replace them and got it all done VERY professionally. The new systems look amazing! Much nicer air filters that only need to be replaced every 6 months as well. They walked me through each step of basic maintenance to keep things running well and made sure the App to control the thermostats was successfully set up on my phone. I would gladly recommend Luis and FERSA HVAC to anyone.
