Kyle was super friendly while remaining professional. Clearly knowledgeable in his field, he replaced our water heater but also educated us on our hard water. We got a new water heater + an ionizer today. Justin & Victor replaced our AC and furnace. They were focused and friendly and mindful of our property. Very pleased! So far we would recommend!

While two other plumbing companies came out and offered no real solutions or sense of urgency, leaving me without water for two long months, Randy stepped in and turned everything around. Even after Home Depot reviewed the situation, the city code department confirmed that no permit had been obtained prior to installation. Although the vendor eventually secured one permit, the inspector noted that two should have been pulled since I have two water heaters. I shared these frustrating details with Randy after he repaired the water lines, and he immediately took action. Randy went above and beyond by taking the time to write a detailed service order, complete with costs and installation plans for the water heaters. His thoroughness and willingness to address additional issues were remarkable. True to his word, Randy arrived on time for every appointment, which is something ! deeply appreciate. We had KB Complete replace both are heating and air conditioning. The whole entire process from the sales side to installation was exceptional. Eric Schalk, sales representative answered all questions and provided an excellent description of what we were buying and matched us with the appropriate system for our home and needs. We had a lot questions and all questions were answered promptly. KB was able to install the system within 3 days after accepting the quote. Edmund Semple and Adrian Luna did an excellent job installing the system. They were respectful of our property, you cannot even tell we had an old system removed and a new system put in. System is working great. The follow up calls after the installation were immediate. We are already scheduled for the yearly maintenance in 2026. So far so good.
