Ultra LLC

Ultra has great customer service, everyone I worked with was very nice. They also beat every other quote for a new furnace and AC by a wide margin. Saving money is great, but I promise you are not sacrificing anything. If anything you are getting better service and quality at a lower price. They are really incredible!

*****Update****** We signed up for there yearly service/maintenance. They come out and inspect twice a year and this also gives you discounts on other purchases and services as needed. Their service men arrive on time, very friendly and experienced. Arrived on time. Servicemen were very friendly and polite. Installation of both a new furnace and air conditioner was done in a short amount of time. Left the place cleaner than when they arrived. System was very reasonably priced.

FIRST ROW of pictures show the Ultra system we had installed this year. SECOND ROW of pictures is the system our neighbors had installed by a different company - though the system's are not the same, you can clearly see the difference in professional installation by caring professionals vs. a company that does not seem to care. We had our entire system replaced by Ultra this year. They were professional, clean and their workmanship/results is superior. You can see by the system our neighbors had installed vs the system that Ultra installed for us below. Ultra's work is clean and professional. The other system (marked out name) shows lack of care and pride in their work - left a mess and did shoddy work.

Ross and the guys are true professionals. I have used Ultra in the past and was impressed with the tech the first visit, so I called them again when I started having issues. They took the time to go through all the proper initial diagnosis with more simple fixes and escalated methods appropriately over time. Eventually having multiple sets of eyes the furnace to ensure parts replacement was truly needed. I appreciated how prompt and professional the service was. Do not hesitate to call Ultra if you want prompt honest service.

My old furnace started acting up in the middle of winter. I was so frantic I finally found a company called ultra heating and cooling that came out and assisted me. Axel was so excellent and professional he told me exactly what was wrong with my system and also fixed it at a price that I could afford. He also gave me advice that I would be needing a new furnace in the near future. Axel was not pushy and he did not try to upsell me on anything but he gave me his genuine expert advice of what I needed to do in the future. It really felt nice to have a technician in your home that you felt you could trust and that understood your situation . I will always call ultra heating and cooling and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have been a customer with ultra heating and cooling for several years now. And I have yet to be disappointed with the service they provide. Whether it’s a late night call on a hot summer night, or an emergency in the middle of winter and you have no heat they always show up and they always make the necessary repairs. I recently moved to a new location and had my first check up on my new unit here and Ross was detect that came out today and I felt like I have been talking with an old friend from high school. He was knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that he did. He is a gentle soul and has excellent people skills. It was a pleasure having him come out today. Cecil hold on to him, he’s definitely a keeper. Thanks to Monica for working around my crazy schedule. I truly appreciate the entire team.

Jason and Ross did a great job on the install, answering all of my questions along the way. I can’t recommend Ultra Heating and Cooling enough!
