AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure. He did a wonderful job finding and fixing the problem as quickly as possible. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I had my whole HVAC system replaced. I found Hartman Bros to be a very trustworthy company. Very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The quote was the most reasonable with options. Installation techs were very polite and professional. Family has used this company for years and highly recommended them. I’m very please with the quality of work. Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. Jim did all of that and we appreciate the excellent service provided.

The service agent (Jim) was very courteous and helpful in explaining what was happening and shared tips on how to keep it running efficiently. He was very thorough in checking output temps before he left. Thank you for being my go to service provider.
