Michael Gephart was great with inspecting our water heater after it wouldn’t come back on. The heater was nearing 30 years old, and he installed a new one for us. He quoted us for a 40 gallon, but when it wasn’t in stock he upgraded us to a 50 gallon for no extra cost since he originally thought it was in stock. He upgraded our pipes to code, and everything looks great. He explained everything he was doing thoroughly, and was very friendly to me and my kids. Korte, keep hiring people like him!

Korte Doesn’t At All. I was a customer for over 20 years but the service has become so bad that I’ve switched to other providers. The problem isn’t the service people, it’s the way the company is run. They now send the least qualified person first (cheap labor for them) and if that person can’t figure it out, they have you schedule another appointment for someone slightly more qualified, and this continues until you get someone that actually knows what they are doing. To replace my water heater it took something like 10 visits, each with its own scheduling headaches, delays, vague estimated arrival windows, no-shows, and multiple follow up messages asking for reviews. My next issue required something like 4 visits. They have a mandatory trip charge so you feel "stuck" with them for that service. And their work is now way overpriced. Each visit now features an upsell attempt. Need a quote? That will require a separate appointment with a sales rep. Need to review what is needed? Need a separate appointment with a manager. To do the work - you guessed it - at least one more appointment. Basically the company is trying to max their profits at the expense of customer service which is an awful long term plan. My recommendation is to instead find a good small company where the owner is personally involved with your project and can do everything in one visit - review your project, give cost options, and do the work.

Bailey did a great and fast job. Very professional and personable! The only reason I'm doing 4 stars is cause the price was a little ridiculous.

My experience with Korte was impressive. From Amanda in scheduling, to Dave in sales, to Tyler in installation. We had an EV car charger and a smart thermostat installed. From start to finish we had no major issues. Service work of any kind in this day and age are at best hit and miss, that was not the case with Korte. Tyler our installer was awesome, when he ran into roadblocks he exhibited great patience and found solutions. I would recommend this company to anyone. You get what you pay for.

Korte gives excellent service. Medin arrived first thing in the morning, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. Began with whole house inspection of circuit box and outlets/switch continuity. Then corrected what needed to be corrected. Very helpful in explaining what he was doing. Cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service

Kyler came out and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Was very professional and personable. My service call fee was waived and he even labeled the call as a warranty repair. I had lost my wallet so it was a blessing that he came to fix the issue. Korte so far has treated me with the best of services. Thank you Kyler!

Complete re-wire of house and detached garage with individual circuit panel for garage. Also upgraded to 200. Our house is 140yrs old and was an electrical nightmare waiting to burn this old house down. Tim and David came in, tackled every obstacle with determination and a smile. If it wasn't for the sound of hammers here and there I wouldn’t have even noticed they were here. Most importantly they were cautious of my many cats and insuring they didn’t escape!! I would definitely recommend them!
