Faszold Heating and Cooling

A month ago, I used Faszold Heating & Cooling to install a new Lennox high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Dan F., my project manager, was excellent at communicating and addressing all of my needs. He made it very easy to contact him and has always responded to my many questions the same day, often immediately. Dan thoroughly explained the process of having a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed in my home. I was very impressed with his knowledge, upbeat personality, politeness, and time he took with me. Dan's presentation and excellent communication was the reason I chose Faszold over my other bids for my HVAC system. The crew sent of Mike, Corey, and Thomas did a fantastic job installing the equipment. They were courteous, polite, and worked efficiently, completing the project in much less time than quoted. They cleaned up well. The price was lower than other companies from which I had received estimates. I love my new Lennox high efficiency furnace and air conditioner and the awesome thermostat that came with it!

Every team member—from the receptionist to sales and service—followed through on their promises with professionalism and care. When my AC failed, I was in a tough spot. My family was stuck in a hot, humid house with a serious risk of mold. I needed a fast solution, and Faszold delivered. They provided a high-quality AC unit quickly, installed it professionally, and treated us with genuine kindness throughout the process. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Their reliability and customer-first approach truly stood out. When it’s time to replace my water heater, I’ll be calling Faszold again without hesitation. Please pass my congratulations to the team—especially to Mike and Corey, who performed the installation. Their work was exceptional and deeply appreciated.

I have been a very long time patron of Faszold. I have a maintenance agreement with them for services twice a year. Every year, they call me to set up an appointment for service. This year they didn't call and I was in the hospital and a rehab center for two months, so I didn't get around to calling them. I called last week and was told that the earliest appointment I could get is February 5, 2026. This is totally unacceptable since winter will be more than half over by then. I called again today and was told the same thing. I guess I won't be a long time patron of theirs after this year

The team at Faszold was a great choice for us. The knowledge that that salesman Dan gave us made it an easy sale for us and the workmanship team of Steve and the crew looks great. Highly recommend.

The technicians, Clay, Brendan, and Thomas were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The job was completed the same day and the area was left neat and tidy. We couldn't have asked or more!

I am not pleased because I booked a faucet replacement for a Saturday appointment. I was given an 8-12p window and no one showed up or called. When I called in I was told that the window had increased to 8a - 7p. Followed up with Ebony at 4p and was told that the plumber was finishing up and would be en route shortly. That never occurred and I tried to call at 6:23p to just get the after hours recording…. Randy the plumber showed up at 8:30p and could not do the job I needed because they were on "overtime hours". Day wasted and my faucet not replaced. DO NOT Use this company. Bad customer service, zero communication, and zero integrity.

Installers Marcelis and Paul were first rate. Very professional and informative. Would recommend Classic Air for HVAC service.
