Honestly, we were about to go with another company, mainly because of the longer parts and labor warranty. But something just didn’t feel right, especially with their absolutely outlandish loan package. We went back to Markus, who had provided us a quote a bit earlier, asked a few more questions, and then applied for a loan from the same lender as the first vendor. The terms came back dramatically better and far more reasonable. Today, the three installers showed up on time and completed the installation with real professionalism, including walking us through all the instructions for operating and maintaining the units. We’re really appreciative of Hoff and their steady, down-to-earth approach throughout the entire process. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We’ve always found them dependable, install superior equipment, and offer after-hours service. Our experience with Hoff has been nothing short of positive. Today we had our preventative service. Our technician Bill K. did a great job!

My service Tech was Aiden who was overall amazing ,very pleasant and genuine in my experience. He was very informative and helpful in installing a blow motor on my furnace. We had a wonderful experience with Hoff Heating & A/C! Tommy came out early in the morning to diagnose a freon leak and quickly pinpointed the issue (despite it being a very small, hard-to-find leak). He clearly explained everything in simple terms, which we really appreciated. Hoff/Bryan even checked to see if the coil was still under warranty from the builder—unfortunately, it was just outside the coverage period, but we were grateful they took the time to look into it and try to save us some money. The team was able to get the estimate and coil replacement part the very next morning, and Tommy returned to install it that same day—everything was up and running by early afternoon! It's rare to see that level of responsiveness and consistency. We’re incredibly impressed and will continue to use Hoff for all our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!

5 Stars! We have utilized Hoff Heating & AC for many years - and continue to be very pleased with their quality, professionalism and responsiveness. Old-school quality .. in the best sense. Our 18-year-old AC was beyond repair (major Freon leak etc.) and so we employed Hoff to install a new AC unit. Denny Hoff provided us the estimate and some sound advice ... and genuinely treated us like friends (even though we just met). ... honest and respectful of our budget. Great guy to work with! Josh and Ethan were our install team ... hard-working young men who were so friendly and professional. They did a great job on a very hot day ... and left the house "clean and cool". All in all ... a great AC purchase experience: a very fair price ... a hard-working and trustworthy group of people. The house feels great - and I'm sure we will save significantly on our electric bill.

I just had Tim leave our home after solving a leaking A-coil pan issue I was having. Tim was very patient explaining the issue and gave a couple of different options to fix it. Tim also even educated me on how my furnace has been altered over the years. Thanks Tim and thank you Hoff! If you need help with your furnace or ac ask for Tim. He has multiple years in the business and was authentic and genuine as they get.

We would like to give Hoff Heating & AC a positive review for getting our AC repaired during a very hot summer. Both of our service techs, Aidan and Tim, were terrific and did a great job. They were professional and made sure everything was cleaned up, and worked correctly, before completing the job. They had to order parts during the repair, but communicated throughout when the parts were available. Highly recommended!
