My a/c broke yesterday and they were able to send someone out today. Ryan showed up on time and checked out our whole system, found the issue and fixed it within an hour!! He explained the costs and all my options up front. I felt he was very honest and knowledgeable. He gave me tips for how to run my a/c better and what not to do. He was very personable and pleasant and answered all my questions thoroughly. Absolutely no complaints! And I signed up for their twice yearly checkups so hopefully this doesn't happen again!!! It's too hot out! I also appreciate the ability to book online. And they follow up with texts promptly. Great service.

Three years ago Jason could not figure out what was wrong with an old unit at the same house. He made a bunch of excuses so I let him put in a new system, felt sorry for the kid (family friend). Had them go check a 3 year old unit they installed and they condemned the compressor. The excuse was "no worky". I gave both Jason and the tech an opportunity tobyell me what was specifically wrong with the compressor and niether could answer the question. I was an HVAC technician for 7 years, So I wanted to know why the compressor is bad e.g open start windings, shorted windings or open thermal couple. In fact everything they told me the compressor is good. "No worky" is not a technical reason to soend $1700 on a 3 year old unit that under warranty for parts. So getting a second opinion. Oh because I am getting a second opinion Jason notified me he is not honoring the warranty. Really? How funny. Geeze. I will update once I get a friends HVAC guy out. Okay had C&S come out. The tech said on inspection he found the plug to the compressor burnt. He then checked the resistance and found open circuits on all legs. During his inspection he found one pin melted which indicated a mechanical failure between the plug and the compressor. There was no signs or indication of a burnout. The manufacturer is covering the parts and its half the price. So all is good. Lesson learned for Jason when asked what is wrong with the compressor don't blame it on dirty coils and try to sell chemical cleaning...How funny.

From my initial call asking Mark a million and one questions, to maintenance check appointments, to the install of a complete new system of air conditioner and furnace yesterday, I have found everyone and everything at KirbnJays to be "top notch"! Maintenance calls are easy to schedule and when I had an issue with my air conditioner after hours (not an immediate emergency), I was scheduled for a visit the following morning. When the issue was found I was given several options, with the final decision left up to me - no pressure whatsoever. Since both systems were entering their "senior years" I opted to go with the replacement of both (at what I considered a very reasonable cost). Parts were hurriedly gathered for install the next day. The guys worked diligently and did it so quietly, I hardly knew they were there! They were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and kept me informed of everything they were doing. There were a couple of things found that were "errors" from the previous company, and they were fixed or replaced at no extra charge! There is definitely a sense of sincere integrity within this company! Thank you Jason, Mark, Ryan, Seth and Mike!!

What a trustworthy company. Prompt, knowledgeable, and a very resonable price. 1 day to install A/C & furnace. They all worked very hard . Cleaned up everything, I can't tell they were here, except I have HEAT NOW which reminds me of how appreciated I am for them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I called the company that installed my system early Saturday morning regarding my a/c not working. It was a 90+ degree day. They said the earliest would be Sunday. I said since I purchased the unit from them couldn't it be Saturday. They said they couldn't make it, and unknown what time on Sunday. I called KirbnJays and they said they could have someone out within an hour or so. Ironically Jason the owner, used to work for the company that installed my unit. He came out once and was the best of those that had been out. I specifically asked for him for all future issues/cleanings. So about an hour later Mark Dennis shows up. Very likable and did an excellent job. KirbnJays will be my first choice in the future.

Mark was outstanding! He came out to my home after hours and he still took his time, did the job right, was kind enough to explain everything to me, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. 15 out of 10 for Mark
