Given five stars for the service technicians are always very polite and nice willing to help with whatever they can. The only thing I would like to see better if someone call and remind you to do your yearly maintenance instead of having to call them.

Cold call to All Temp for inspection and cleaning of a/c and furnace in preparation for House sale. Devin, the technician told me what he was going to do with appropriate level of detail. He then proceeded with inspection and cleaning. Are completion he reported good and okay news along with pricing to repair if needed which was not immediately necessary 🙂 I was pleased with the whole process.

Josh answered my early Saturday morning call and was at my house in a timely way. He diagnosed the problem with efficiency and gave me options to get the AC running as well as the long term repair. I chose option 3, which was that he went to Lowe’s, purchased 2 window units, install them, and order my new motor on Monday! There was no charge to use the window units!! This kind of Godly service sets them above the rest! Thank you Josh and Eddie!!

Josh and his team were outstanding. They responded promptly, provided honest feedback, and offered valuable recommendations to improve my AC system.

The service was great. The two men were friendly and polite. They have been here before and are always helpful with answering questions and give very useful information.

Above and beyond! Their people are the best; having helped save my home a number of occasions, and most recently possibly saving my life from fire. Only HVAC company I would ever consider using. Highly, highly recommend.

Jason was great. Arived when he said he would and called ahead. He has a great personality and was great with my dogs. I would Like Jason to come every time. He was here about 2 hrs and did good work.
