Showed up in reasonable time. Communication was great during repair. Workers were professional. I was texted a quote for repairs. Never got the bill in mail. When I called to get bill and pay over phone, it was $400 more than the texted quote. I told them about the texted quote. They adjusted the quote back to the original quote, which was suppose to be worst case scenario. The guy who quoted me price, drove out to my house and said it wouldn’t be bad at all. They did the work in about 1.5 hours. I could see who was there via my ring doorbell/camera system. When I asked to see a detailed breakdown of labor and material, I was told they don’t provide that to residential customers. That was new to me and think this is bad business. We as customers should always see a breakdown of what we paying for. We can go to Lowe’s.com or Amazon to see what materials cost. I did this. I think they had $100 in materials and 1.5 hours worth of labor. With that being said, I believe I overpaid by at least $4-500 for such a small, easy job. I understand businesses have to make money to stay in business. However, it was way overpriced, with huge markups providing a huge profit margin on simple, cheap job that took 1.5 hours. I spoke with someone over the phone about the pricing and bill. He asked me what I thought was fair or what I should pay. I was not prepared and it was awkward. I debated whether or not to call back in and pay what I thought was fair. However, I didn’t. Maybe I should have. That’s on me. 1st impressions last a lifetime. It was my 1st time using this company. I have mixed feelings. If you use them, be prepared to pay at least double what you should. Buyer beware. I hope in the future they will be more transparent with their customers when it comes to quoting jobs, honoring their quoted prices, allowing customers to see a detailed breakdown for the work to be done.

We had a great experience working with Culley to have a new HVAC system installed this summer after our previous 30 year old unit could no longer be repaired. Great communication and install went smoothly. Thank you, we look forward to working with them for years to come.

Aiden was my service tech, He was very personable, Explained everything that he was doing. Even went as far as to inform me of a problem that has been issue since the unit was installed. He was a pleasure to be around and most of all he solve the problem

Corbin came out to service our air conditioner, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly kind and respectful, and he took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing so I could actually understand it. That kind of communication is rare and so appreciated. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers feel comfortable and informed. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s clear Corbin takes pride in his work, and he deserves to be recognized for the great service he provides. I hope he knows he’s making a difference — we were really lucky to have him come out today

Our air went out and we messaged Culley’s. They responded to us right away. They were out and had us back up and running within no time. Blake was our service guy, he was kind and went over a few tips with us. I would highly recommend!

We drive to our condo today and when we opened up and went inside I noticed water coming out of my unit inside. We just finished remodeling and had Culley install our new Ecobee thermostat earlier in the summer. So I called and explained what was happening and they told me they would have the next available tech come by. He was here within the hour and got us taken care of with a blocked drain line. All good now and Blake did a fantastic job finding and fixing the problem. We now have it set up for yearly maintenance done by Blake of course. So far both interactions have been great! If you need mechanical work done give them a call!

We had a new AC system installed Things went well. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They did a great job. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but what isn’t now?
