A&E Comfort Pros

My family has been using A&E for over a decade, and I recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends. Amber is quick to respond and very easy to work with for scheduling maintenance or installation. Efrain and Anthony are very prompt, professional and friendly. Efrain explains what they will be doing and why, which always makes me comfortable having him work in my home. Their pricing is very fair and you dont feel like you're being taken advantage of. I can't recommend them enough!

A&E comfort pros is great to work with. They do an excellent job and work really hard. They go above and beyond without complaint. They installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit for me. I fell behind with my routine maintenance and my AC stopped working. They rearranged things to come out quickly, and spent hours cleaning my filthy unit. They got it working again and good as new. They have also cleaned my very dirty ducts clogged with bird seed and dog hair. Every time they come, I feel relieved and good about the service. They are great people who care, do excellent work and are trustworthy.

Efrain did a great job winterizing my HVAC system. He explained many of the functions of the system of which I was not aware. I’m so glad I switched to A&E comfort Pros. The previous company I used really didn’t know anything about Lennox systems and managed to create a problem A&E resolved. A&E will be doing my twice yearly maintenance.

In forty years of owning a home and having the home air vents cleaned, I have never had such a thorough and complete job done. Anthony and Angel did such a careful and intense job and cleanup. Efraim did the scoping out and estimates for adding a through the wall/outside vent for our microwave over stove and for sealing the vents, which our pre-purchase home inspection identified as a need. We also had a total clothes dryer vent cleaning which apparently had never been done in 29 years. It was an extra charge but it was a total job. Outstanding business!

I'm surprised there are not more reviews of A&E Comfort Pros. They are excellent, and have been excellent for many years. I am a real estate professional and have had the benefit of hiring them many times to address HVAC issues for buyers and sellers. They are competent, responsive, and do not up-sell. They are my #1 go-to for any and all HVAC service.
