My sick, elderly parents prepaid $20,000 through Lowe’s for a central air conditioning installation in their Staten Island home. Within 90 minutes of the installation, the unit froze and leaked water, causing $4,000 in damage to their new floors. Despite multiple repair attempts over the following weeks, the problems were never fixed. The crew left holes in the walls, live wires exposed, and tools behind. My parents, who have serious health issues, were left without functioning AC during extreme weather and had to sleep on the floor. We tried repeatedly to get help from All Day Plumbing and Lowe’s corporate office. While the case was briefly reopened, communication stopped altogether. No refunds, no repairs, and no equipment removal, just neglect. I do not recommend this company, especially for vulnerable customers. The lack of professionalism and care is shocking.

You should be using this company all day everyday! All Day Plumbing & Heating Corp. located on Hillside ave in Queens Village is a very reliable group! Christian & Mark worked really hard around the clock to get the job done! They successfully were able to hide my pipes from the main tv area! Iwas very satisfied!

From start to finish, my experience with All Day Plumbing and Heating was absolutely flawless. As soon as they contacted me, they were prompt, professional, and quick to schedule the install at a time that worked perfectly for me. They showed up exactly when they said they would, got right to work, and handled everything efficiently. The installation was clean and precise—no mess, no trash left behind, just a spotless job. I had a very good experience with All Day Plumbing via Lowe's regarding my Hot Water Heater replacement. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. My primary contacts were Michael, Lucas, and Carol. After calling upwards of 20 different businesses, I decided to use Lowe's who contracts with All Day Plumbing. I had been looking for weeks to find someone to do the work. People would tell me they were a Licensed Master Plumber but when I asked for a copy of their license, they would admit they were not. Some were also not aware of the OP128 that needs to be submitted to The NYC Department of Buildings in order to complete this type of job. Both these things are so important for your homeowners insurance if anything ever goes wrong with the water heater and there is damage to your home. I came into contact with businesses that were unprofessional, dishonest, and who attempted price gouging with ridiculous cost of up to $4,000 to replace a hot water heater. Also, some companies wanted close to $100 just to come out to my home to give an estimate!! All Day Plumbing sent very specific instructions to take photos of the current water heater and set up via my smart phone and had me send them via text. After 3 days, I was contacted with a quote for a 50 gallon, 40,000 BTU, 12 year warranty AO Smith water heater which was very reasonable. They sent me a contract to sign but I asked for a work order first so I could read the exact work that was going to take place. There were mistakes in the work order. For example, they had me getting a 40 gallon even though I requested a 50 gallon. I also had to request that they update the model number of the water heater in the work order as it was showing for a 40 gallon. They fixed these mistakes in a timely fashion. They noticed the flue was not up to code as it had a diameter of 3 inches and needed to be 4 inches. They had to also replace the flexible feed tubes coming out of the top of the water heater with copper piping. Devin was the person who came to install the hot water heater. Even though, he came alone, he was able to complete the job in 2 and a half hours. His coworker called in sick and he had to work alone. He was very gracious, and I was able to learn so much from him regarding the installation process. He is a true pro and any concerns I had about him doing the installation by himself, quickly faded. So, all in all, I will continue to use All Day Plumbing as my go to Plumbing professionals. I still have not received a copy of the OP128 I requested several times, but my hope is that they will follow up and send it as soon as possible. When I receive it, I will update this review

My hot water tank failed and through Home Depot I was connected to this company for an emergency water heater replacement. It was early morning and via text messaging in order to avoid waking up my newborn we agreed on a price of $175 to install the water heater that I went out and bought from Home Depot. We also scheduled an install time of 8am-12pm. That morning I called to find out when the installers were coming and the company representative advises me that the price that was agreed upon earlier was incorrect and the actual price was $1075. I told them they can’t do this and we had already agreed on a price and time. The owner of the company proceeds to call me and admits that they just started using AI to do the quoting and that the software did it in error. I had no idea I wasn’t talking to a human as it felt like a genuine conversation and I told the owner nicely that it’s not my fault you guys switched to AI and the price was agreed to and if AI made a mistake he should eat the cost . I told the owner I have a newborn at home and need hot water and have to go to work in a few hours and that this felt like a bait and switch. The owner wanted to work with me on a service price and I offered to go up a little bit but he then proceed to accuse me of being unreasonable and then told me he refuses to work with me and hung up. Before hanging up I had done the heavy lifting and brought the water tank to the basement and had everything ready for them to basically just solder the pipes. It would’ve taken them tops 20 minutes to complete the work but he obviously wasn’t willing to do anything to honor the mistake his new AI software made. Great way to treat a valuable Home Depot customer especially after I told you I have a newborn at home. I filed a complaint with Home Depot and apparently there is nothing they can do about it. I hope that others read this and realize you have other options than this company. They obviously used a computer to save a buck and then when the mistake is on their end they don’t admit fault and accuse the customer of being unreasonable when the customer has an emergency and was left without an option because they had to go to work and their spouse is home with small children? No you are being unreasonable and don’t deserve to run a business if you’re like this. I ended up getting the work done by a reasonable person and will never use anyone Home Depot has under contract

I found ADP&HC through Home Depot for an electric water heater replacement. Momynord "Mo" and Andre were my installers and I can't say enough about how above and beyond they went to get my water heater installed. The work ethic they had to get the job done was unmatched and they worked together as a team to complete an incredibly difficult job. Thank you so much again Mo and Andre. I would recommend this company for water heat installation and ask for Mo & Andre for the job.

I highly recommend All Day Plumbing, I have used their services for many plumbing issues such as a running toilet, valve replacement, a hot water heater installation, and boiler treatment/maintenance services. All Day Plumbing has always been dependable and professional, and they answer any questions you might have to understand the problem at hand which is exactly what you want in a company. Also, I was very happy with the staff prior to and after when making my appointments and service, they were very helpful and polite.
