I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Everest HVAC. My air conditioner stopped working during the hottest day in NYC history, and this company came to my rescue fast! The technician, Reseld, arrived within 30 minutes and had everything up and running in less than an hour!! Erik who took my call was professional, efficient, and courteous- truly top-notch service from start to finish. I highly recommend to anyone needing reliable HVAC help!!! 5 stars. Thank you Everest!

This technician, Riseld, is INCREDIBLE—punctual, professional, and nice. He spent more than 6 hours on the roof on a record-breaking hot day, ran a leak test, pinpointed the problem, patched it, and refilled the Freon—DONE. I have lived in my current apartment for more than 5 years, and my place has never been this cold... in a good way. They charged exactly what they quoted before: no upselling, no surprises, no BS. Meanwhile, two other companies pushed unnecessary replacements and couldn’t even keep their appointments. I hope I won’t need to call them anytime soon, but I will keep recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

I am very happy I found Eric and his team. I called them on Monday to review a new installation and by the following day he was able to provide a quote and go over requirements. He was on time, profesional and price was reasonable. My business was closed on Sunday and they were able to mobilize on a weekend. After the installation was complete, I went back on site and was amazed by their professionalism. Most importantly, the unit was working great and everything was left back how I had it. Eric is amazing, he is not only skilled at his job, he is nice and willing to help always. The heating system at my building was not working and my landlord did not respond fast enough. And I get cold really easily so it was really tough to wait, but Eric was able to fit me in the next day, knowing how important this was to me. He came and was able to find out exactly what was going on within minutes and then offered a solution that was both cost-effective and quick. He was able to fix the heating system so quickly and efficiently and I got my heat within two hours of him showing up. Thank you so much Erick for helping keep me warm this winter! I needed to have ducts installed for my kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans. So I reached out Everest HVAC once again who had previously did a nice job installing a mini split unit in my house. One of the guys came out the next day to evaluate what needed to be done, and got back to me with a very reasonable quote the same day. Eric got me on the schedule the next week and once they came out they did a nice job once again. I was very particular about trying to minimize the mess from the job and they honored my request. They also made sure the job was done to my liking. Once again I’m very satisfied with their work and most definitely recommend this company to anyone needing work in this field.
