RichAir is a great company. I had 4 mini splits installed 5 years ago. They did an excellent job. From sales to office staff to technicians all were very personable and professional. I recently had a leak and put in a service call. The technician, Lan arrived on time. He fixed the issue and recommended an additional service to ensure the mini spilt would work at its optimal capacity. Lan was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Franklin and Benjamin were amazing today! they replaced my old split system with a new split system. they were neat, clean, courteous and professional! Ulanbek finished the job yest=erday, he was on-time, professional and ever so accommodating. He taught us how to use the new high-tech remote with patience and understanding (we are a bit technically challenged). BRAVO Richair we are repeat customers and will be for life!

Lan was very professional and diagnosed the issue with my Ductless unit quickly. He provided a follow up plan for repairs. He took great care to keep the work area clean and while moving through the house. Special mention to Karen. She was very helpful and contacted me promptly for the repair estimates. Very happy with Richair and their service so far.

Great job. The two techs Oleg and Del were installing two multi zone units at my home and Ulugbek completed system startup. The work they done is on high professional and customer service level. In general, RichAir orders project in phases like site review, finance, equipment order, installation and startup. So far I dealt with great company and great staff in each phase of the process.
