Home Serve is a great yearly insurance plan for repairing your furnace or boiler. I found Home Serve and the technician, Patrick, who serviced us extremely professional and identified the reason we had no heat very quickly. Home Serve had the parts needed in their truck and we had heat and hot water again on a very cold day. Patrick is the best!! I would recommend Home Serve to anyone as they are reliable, professional, accommodating and explain the issues and how they are repairing your boiler.

They did a great job at taking care of our problems. The boiler pilot light was out and needed repairing AND the thermostat was shot they fixed and lit the pilot light and provided a new thermostat. The house is warm and cozy just in time for the cold spell we are having. The repairs were all covered by my yearly maintenance plan.

The techs that fixed my a/c were great. They were friendly and very professional. I loved the way they worked with my son. They kept him abreast of everything they were doing. I am very happy with their work. My a/c is working again. They even came back the next day to check on the a/c to see how it was working. Great job! Thank you Home serve !

Response time is starting to drag a little bit but we understand that winter time is their high season period as all the homeowners and building managers are trying to keep their families and tenants warm. From four hours window time to respond, it could go up to eight hours as we experienced recently. But overall, their service is really great and their technicians are professional. I recommended them to a couple of friends and family.

The installers worked long hours and were couteous, polite as well as efficient. They attempted to tidy up upon completion, but I waived them off since they had worked many hours.
