I decided to try them after bad experiences with a couple of larger companies who only seem to care about pressuring you to buy a new unit or maintenance contract. Our AC stopped working. Since our unit is about 12 years old was fully prepared for a sales pitch. The tech was very professional told me it would be a relatively easy fix and replaced the capacitor for a total bill of $230. I even tried to offer a tip which he refused. In an industry that often gets a bad reputation for some companies with questionable practices it's great to find one with this level of integrity.

Worked with Robbie to get our mini split units installed in our bedrooms. He was prompt with responses and was able to get everything installed within 1 week of the consult. Jeremiah and Skylar were the two techs who did all the installation and they were both great! Highly recommend this company!

My furnace stopped working before I was going to bed. I called them and had a technician named Jeremiah come out in less than an hour (it was 11 P.M.). He was super nice and knowledgeable. The price was fair and everything was resolved in less than two hours of me finding out my furnace wasn't working.

Super friendly and helpful. We used them through our warranty company on our new home and they were very responsive and solved the issue quickly (which was actually the result of an error by a different contractor). Would definitely use them again even if we didn’t go through the warranty company.

Our A/C stopped working on a very hot August day… while my husband was on day 7 of Covid. No one wanted to come help. This company was recommended to us, we explained the situation, and they had someone to our house by that afternoon. We were so appreciative of their fast response and understanding. 100% have earned any future business.

After seeing the O'Flaherty Services ad about free second opinions on TV, I called to have a Tech. check out an issue on a new HVAC that was installed by another company. The receptionist, Betty, was wonderful to talk with. After telling her the issue I had, she had Technician Alfredo stop by that same day. Alfredo was professional, knowledgable, and took time to investigate the issue. No sales pitch, just honest options. I learned more from Alfredo than from the original company that installed the HVAC system. There are good and bad HVAC companies out there, this is one of the good ones. Thank you O'Flaherty Services.
