This amazing company are the true meaning of customer service. I reached out to them online and received a call back within 5 minutes. Debi called me and she was absolutely amazing to speak with, very informative kind and understanding of the situation we were in with our furnace. We were treated with the up most respect throughout the whole process. They kept us informed of the arrival time and apologized several times for taking longer then expected. Steven and Greyson showed up to our home to do the work and they both had a great attitude, kind and very informative of what was wrong with our furnace. Such amazing prices as well.. We will definitely be using R Mechanical in the future. Keep being amazing!!

R Mechanical, despite being busy, arrived to our residence when I needed an immediate response to ensure my furnace was safe to use. Debi was flexible, actually bending over backwards to have a technician respond asap, scheduling me as a priority. All this was pleasantly surprising, thereafter I was again surprised by the reasonable price of the service, which entailed over an hour! I would highly recommend them, and I am using them from now on.

We had a big name Omaha HVAC company come out when our AC stopped cooling in May. They found our refrigerant to be low and charged us $400 to fill it up, without first checking the system for leaks. Everything was good for a month and then the AC stop cooling again. We called the same company so that they could fix what they missed the first time. They identified that there was a leak but couldn’t pinpoint where it was and said our coil needed to be replaced. We decided not to continue using them and instead chose to call R Mechanical to replace the coil. They came the same day we called to confirm that there was a leak. The technician Brock found exactly where it was and showed me a video he had taken. The work to replace the coil was scheduled within just a couple of days. The cost was significantly less than the big name company, especially the cost of the refrigerant needed to recharge the system after the repairs were done. Brock was once again very thorough in explaining things and careful and conscientious with the work that needed to be done. We felt very comfortable working with this company and will definitely use them again.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit, and R Mechanical came to my rescue. They responded very quickly and once at my house they identified the issue and got it fixed pretty fast. Very happy with the level of service and will continue to use them for my home and business.

Couldn’t be happier with the work done by R Mechanical. The owners are wonderful and they truly care about their customers. Their employees who did the work at my house were timely, professional, and did a great job (thanks Dylan and Stan)! We had several different jobs that needed done, and R Mechanical completed everything, and even worked around our delayed drywall installation. Will use this company again and again.
