Ross Heating and Air was recommended by a colleague who also owns an old oil furnace. Sterling our tech (friendly and good spirited) was able to identify the issue quickly and gave an estimate for the repair in minutes. The part was available and we were able to get the repair completed same day. We had used another local company for our initial winter service and recommend repairs, but they were not able to resolve the final issue after several visits. Ross’s quote was reasonable and less than the estimate for the same work from the other company. For all our heating and air needs Ross is now are go to company that is reliable, friendly, and affordable.

Ross Heating and Air Conditioning is the BEST in Northern Nevada. Not only do they have reasonable prices but their staff is awesome! They recently replaced my AC unit and Franklin, Rodrigo and Alan are extremely professional and very positive. As someone who owns a business driven by service, I would give them A+ rating in customer service and satisfaction.

Ross was awesome in helping us convert from oil to gas as well as replacing our ac. Their professionalism from salesperson to installer to customer service was top notch! They helped us connect with NV Energy which was a struggle. They were helpful and friendly all the way through. Would highly recommend!

The technician arrived on time and was super nice. I showed him the furnace and he went to it. He let me know what was wrong and how much the replacement part cost. He repaired it in less than a half hour and everything works perfect.
