Weaklands was quick to respond when we called after our AC unit had broken down. They came the same day and fixed the unit quickly and explained to us what happened. We enjoyed talking with Kirk.

Kirk is a very caring and compassionate guy. They provide fast, quality service and keep our heating and A/C working in top shape.

Kept me informed as to when he was to arrive. Got right to work, had the parts needed on the truck. Got them replaced.... everything works great. Great service!

Our furnace died a few years ago on Thanksgiving Day. The owner and his wife came out that day. He diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. and it was snowing. Excellent work; wonderful response; nice people. today the issue was the water heater, and the owner came out and did a complete repair. Very good work, nice people

Kirk and Kaiden came onsite same day and treated me great. Answered all my questions and built trust in everything they said. I could not recommend them more. Anna, Kirk’s wife in the office was great as well. She over communicated and snuck me in when others company’s told me they couldn’t get anyone to my house for days. Support a local business that’s been around since the early 90’s.

Kurt and Anna have been taking care of me for the better part of the 38 years I’ve lived in my home. I have never had any reason to complain about anything! Anna is always great on the phone, and Kurt is the most personable and professional guy you’ll ever meet. He always gets the job done right! Yesterday morning was Christmas morning. I got up at 4:30 AM to find my thermostat was dead and my furnace was running continuously and blowing the 28-degree outside air into my house! I tried to troubleshoot it myself for about an hour and then put in a call to Weakland’s, knowing I would get voicemail. While I was waiting to leave a message, I started to feel bad about the prospect of interrupting their Christmas Day, and so I ended up hanging up without leaving a message, and started looking for HVAC companies on Google. Well, when Anna got up, she saw that I had called, and she called me back. I explained to her what was going on, and within about 45 minutes, Kurt was at my house. He didn’t have the part he needed, but he put one in that would hold me for the day until he could pick one up the next day when everything was open. That’s the kind of service and loyalty that you can’t even put a dollar amount on. My family was coming over for Christmas dinner, and Kurt and Anna saved the day, sacrificing part of their Christmas Day to help me. There are no words I can use to express how much I recommend Weakland’s and Kurt and Anna. Thank you so much for always being there! You guys are the best!
