Great experience and would definitely use them again. We originally called for a gas fireplace repair but ended up needing a replacement. They gave us a very fair price given the scope change. They were friendly, professional, quick to respond, and returned multiple times to address some unforeseen install challenges, all without overcharging us. This is maybe my second online review ever because they were so awesome.

Arrived when promised. Good communicator while assessing issues. Good testing protocols and great service. Got our fireplace and blower working again. Would definitely use them again. Nathan was great! Professional, courteous, and skilled at his job.

The saga continues (See Tabitha Price review from 5 months ago). After all the problems we had with our brand new HVAC install in our main house area, the other part of the job was also poorly done..... Well, the Summer came along and we finally had to utilize the AC in the mini split unit we had installed in the new bedroom of our house. Not surprisingly, it wasn't blowing cold air. The temperature outside was only in the low 80s, so surely this should be able to push cold air on a brand new mini-split. I once again had the same company out to double check the work of Seattle Air Superior and we once again found a bad install. Testing the pressure of the unit, it was below 7 PSI. The unit itself should be over 100 PSI to operate properly. When checking the refrigerant levels, there was nothing in the unit! Just vapor was coming out. This is the sure sign of either a leak, or a lack of proper charging of the unit on install. I had to pay this company to do a full inspection of the unit to diagnose if there was a leak, and sure enough there was. The flyer hose had a little gold plated washer to seal against the unit that was the wrong size, as well as warped from a bad install (improper tightening/torque). This caused air exposure to the mini split flyer hose and likely evaporated or leaked out any refrigerant in the unit. We are now in for another $1,800 additional to have another company diagnose and repair the issue. If you are looking for an HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY company, I'd recommend All Climate Heating and Air Conditioning. Specifically Miroslav Remic. He communicated well, showed me everything he was doing. Took photos, videos and documented everything as evidence of what he had to fix. After the main HVAC unit failed install 5 months ago, we filed suit against Seattle Air Super. To no surprise, they refused to sign the subpoena upon deliver to their office. That's okay, because we will now be adding this additional $1,800 to the suit, bringing the total of additional expenses for us over $4,000. We will still take on a little bit more expense because currently we are waiting a couple of days before recharging the unit with refrigerant to make sure the pressure holds before we complete the job. After that, we'll likely just hire a lawyer at this point. We've got all the evidence we need between texts, emails, photos, videos and testimony from a trustworthy industry expert. Seattle Air Superior could just do right by us and reimburse us for our horrendous installs they did, but now it will likely cost them a whole lot more. DON'T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

Seattle Air Superior did an outstanding job. Their team was professional, quick, and the air in our home is now pristine.

Nathan came in and trouble shot the issue within 5 mins then he figured out it’s the wire connection problem what caused the fireplace not working properly. He spent another 5-10 mins to fix it and the fireplace then works back to normal. It was pretty efficient and accurate problem solving, I like that and would like to recommend him to whoever needs the help.

Seattle Air Superior did a fantastic job. The installation was smooth, the technicians were friendly, and I’m noticing cleaner air.

I had a good experience working with Ben Eli. Very professional and kept the communication happening through the process from start to finish. Highly recommend him.
