I've had a few different plumbers come over for help with various different things over the past 5 years and everyone has been excellent. Theyre always very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They tend to have good discount opportunities if you just ask and almost all of their services come with warranties and disposal services. Most recently I got a new water heater installed by Abel Pelayo and his apprentice Daniel A who did an excellent job within 2 hours and set us up with a great new heater. Thanks guys!

From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with Southwest. Our first impression, Patrick, was knowledgeable, kind, attentive, informative, and about as warm you can get for a Sales rep! He took his time to walk us through our options, making sure we knew what questions to ask the other companies we were vetting at the same time. *Another company HAD left a few things out during their presentation, so we were glad we had talked to Patrick first.* Itt really felt like Patrick heard us, our priorities, our wishlist, etc., worked with us and our budget. He felt more like a friend and instantly bridged trust with us. He even helped us replace an embarrassingly old filter, which we all had a laugh about. Upon commmiting to the project, Southwest fit us into their schedule within one week, and the installation went seamlessly. Three technicians came to make sure that everything went to plan. They turned our small closet space (that houses our new furnace) into what feels like a much larger space with some very clever alterations of some venting tubes. The vent cleaning crew left the space neatly cleaned up. Finally, the admin Team were extremely prompt and informative, and they coordinated the permit sign offs- giving us peace of mind. Every department deserves kudos at this company. If I had to do it all over again, I 1000% would.

Super hard working, good communication, excellent team. They worked from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm to finish relining an old sewer. Supervisor even came out to chat & check in as well. Very impressed, will use again!

We want to express our thanks to South West. This company was great to work with from start to finish. Quick to service the installment of a new furnace and heat pump for my parent's home. From the start, meeting with a knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy person, "Mike Sigafoos" diagnoses the problems and gives all the options of getting an efficient heating system that makes sense. His availability to communicate through the duration of completion was outstanding. Even during his busy days, he always took the time to answer any questions in a timely manner. He made us feel that he cared about his integrity and valued us as customers. Thanks, Mike! Then, finishing with "Branden," the lead job installer, his helper, and the electrician. All very nice people! The whole team worked well together and finished everything in one day. There happened to be some trouble shooting involved that took more time than expected. I have to say that we were so impressed with "Brandon" who really cared and put his whole heart and persistence into getting the problem under control before leaving with his nice helper. They both stayed till 11:30 PM that night to make sure the system worked correctly and that my parent's home was warm and cozy before they left. The caring and kindness and persistence that Brandon displayed was so appreciated. Thank you Brandon! I would highly recommend South West for any of the services they provide. Thank you Abel Pelayo for your awesome work! My husband Raymond and I had a scary moment when gas was leaking 2 days ago and we had to call firemen to check it out. Turned out it was our water heater, so as soon as it was the next day we called South West Plumbing and within hours that same day they sent out Abel to check things out. Not only did he replace our old water heater that same day, but he found other issues outside of our requirements and wasn't charged extra for it. So thank you! Great service, fast installation, respectful of our property! Will always, always call again if need their services!

I appreciate that they showed app right on time. Patrick, Nick A, Brandon and Dillon and they didn't leave my house in disarray. They were very knowledgeable and told me everything that they were doing before they did it. And left me with a great printout of their services. A routine inspection showed our furnace was dangerously in need of replacement. So much so, it was immediately turned off for safety. Taylor and his team were at our home that night to discuss options. He provided a list of top HVAC vendors and we were able to research what system we wanted before the meeting. The next day, we had our new HVAC installed. No fuss, no hassle, just great service! hey took care of everything.
