Big shout out to Shane Reichert, Mick Bassi, Seth Cordes, and Tyler. All four of these gentlemen are the definition of professionals and great people; friendly, helpful, transparent, good-humored, take the time to explain everything they are doing, offer advice, and go above and beyond. Shane came to assess a 35 year old furnace. Cracked heat exchanger needed to go. Pictures, video, quotes, next steps, and personal suggestions. Salt of the Earth jokester kinda guy I can relate to. Mick made two visits, phone calls, and texts in order to discuss process, replacement options, examine if high efficiency was a possible route, get me the best pricing possible with rebates, sales, etc, and also helped with how to navigate a home warranty situation. Makes you feel like you're family. Seth and Tyler wrapped up the process with the best install ever. They found the optimal path for high efficiency, expertly did the demo necessary for all the piping, improved the whole mechanical set up in the process by removing old venting and built-in humidifier, rerouted the fresh air, replaced and updated ductwork, and even did some customization on the new furnace so it would be quieter and work better. There wasn't a speck of dirt, dust, ceiling panel, etc to clean up after they finished and the final setup is completely streamlined. These guys are dark magic. New furnace is running great and just in time for the weather. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received, or sing their praises highly enough. The OnTime Team is the best! Needed a new air exchanger. Their price was the best - we got three other bids. The guys who did the install were efficient, careful, detail-oriented, and very friendly to have in the house for the afternoon. I called On Time for a second opinion on my furnace. The original diagnostic from another company I received indicated that my furnace had a bad/dangerous heat exchanger and the entire unit should to be replaced. Max Bowen arrived and was very transparent on explaining what he was doing and why. After determining the issue, it was recommended I do a full diagnostic of my system. I had absolutely no issues doing this and was confident that Max was thoroughly testing each component. I am in a much more knowledgeable, confident position with my furnace now than I ever was. They also have a VIP program that is reasonably priced and easy to opt-in/out. At the end of the day I am incredibly relieved I only had to spend a few hundred this season rather than a few thousand :). I appreciate Max and On Time for getting me on their schedule quickly and will definitely be calling them for other services in the future. -Austin
