Shout out to Bill Howe's drain technicians Josh and Ryan for their great services. First time customer of Bill Howe and after the excellent service I have received, I would strongly recommend their services. My drains were clogged and we didn't have access to our toilets or showers for a period of time. We had grey water coming up from the drains of our showers and bathtub, with a strong stench of raw sewage. Bill Howe's excellent drain technicians Josh and Ryan were quick, efficient, and straight to the point. They quickly identified where the cloggage was happening in the drainage system and gave us a reasonable price for drain snaking services and they immediately got to work. We thankfully did not have to wait for them to send out another crew to perform the service as they already had the equipment on their vehicle. A quick shake of hands and the drain de-clogging work was completed probably less than an hour, maybe less for our house size. As an added bonus even after the work was done, they even applied some light disinfectant to our showers and bathtub so know we don't have to worry about the strong stench it had before and so that we know it is disinfected. I will definitely be looking forward to any future plumbing services from Billy Howe if they have technicians like Josh and Ryan working there.

My bathroom sink drain pop up had some how broken loose internally within the drain pipe under the sink. Chris showed up on time and was ready to get the job finished. He was fast efficient and explained the entire process. The fix was reasonably priced. 5 STARS well earned. Thanks very much, Don

Another job, well done. If your time is valuable and you don't want to follow rookie plumbers around all day at your house, you need to seriously consider Bill Howe. I was lucky to work with Dave, who is very knowledgeable, to knock out my tasks. New hose bib on an older copper line (photo), improved the pressure on the house and installed a gas valve all in under an hour. Dave also seemed to enjoy teaching me a thing or two so I can do some DIY - very nice guy. They charge you a fair rate and gave me my valuable time back. Thanks again!

Thought I could replace my kitchen faucet cartridge my self. Couldn't due to rust build-up over 16 years. Bought a new faucet at a big box store, called Bill Howe, and it was installed same day within 30 minutes after Allan V. arrived. Bill Howe to the rescue! First of all, I have had great past experience with Bill Howe Plumbing. I write this review because this experience was not at that same standard. I recently had a Halo water filtration system installed at my home. The first technician came out and left me a brochure for Halo and we set up the appointment on October 3 at an 8-11 window. The installer arrived around 9AM and proceeded to tell me the water would be shut off most of the rest of the day. I had understood from the technician that my current system’s plumbing was pretty much like what they would do and it wasn’t very complicated. The installer needed to rip everything out and felt he could be finished by 2PM. He finished by then but was waiting for a supervisor to examine the work. The supervisor never showed up so I paid the installer before he left. I got an invoice in in an email that said I needed a second appointment to activate the system so I sent an email to set up an appointment time. No one answered but the installer showed up at 8:30 the morning of the 6th and said he needed the water shut off again so he could flush the tank. Luckily I was home but I had appointments that had to be rescheduled. Finally, the water pressure was weak when I first turned it on so I called the office and the installer called me back to tell me he told me the water pressure would take time to recover. He only told me not to worry if the water wasn’t clear at first. So this is all about communication. No call that the installer was on his way either time. No appointment for the system activation, just showed up. No prior estimate of length of water shutoff. No warning of the water pressure issue. No supervisor inspection. No response to my email. Bill Howe is a great company so I wrote this because this experience was unusual and I’m sure they’ll address it.
