These guys are the real deal. If your HVAC needs a repair, they will show up to diagnose and repair it -- not to upsell you a new system. Although I am certain, they are completely qualified to install a new system. Showing up early on the day of the appointment, two techs, master Gustavo and his apprentice, stripped down the interior HVAC unit looking for leaks, using a sensor that detects coolant. On the outside heat pump, they hooked up gauges to determine the pressure. They gave me a price to repair it on the spot: $700 which included their labor, 8 lbs of coolant, and a container of Stop Leak. Based on the age of my unit, a seven year old Trane, they said it made sense to repair it (and urged me to replace filters every four months). Within an hour and a half, we were up and running again. This happened during the recent heat wave, and we are very pleased with the work they did.

The owner Brian and his team did a great job replacing our furnace. The crew was super respectful and kind. They took their time explaining the new furnace and its functionality. They were quick to work with and provided us a really quick turnaround time to complete. I would definitely recommend Brian and his team to anyone, and I plan to call him for any future HVAC needs we might have.

Brian is the owner of this local, small business and I could not recommend them more for all your heating and cooling needs. Our AC broke, I called him on a SUNDAY!!! He was so polite and gracious and was able to come out the same day and help me diagnose the problem. He problem solved and figured out the issues, got my landlords a fair and exceptional quote which they accepted and was able to get out here today to fix my AC. He is super responsive, polite, efficient and customer service minded. His guys are respectful, clean, and professional. My units were installed in a clean and neat manner. Overall could not say enough good things about Duct Dynasty. With a name like that.. how can you ever forget this great guy and his business. We need to support our local, small businesses and this is one I completely stand behind and would recommend confidently.

We’ve called on Duct Dynasty a few times in the past for HVAC service. They’ve always been responsive and service has been amazing. One time, even came out to my elderly fathers house on a holiday weekend when his AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave! More recently had them install a new unit as part of a backyard reno. Service was excellent. Coordinated with our contractor to ensure that the install was seamless. There were some wiring issues that the technicians couldn’t figure out so Brian the owner came over at a moments notice to help problem solve! Install price couldn’t be beat. No hidden fees despite extra work to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t speak any more positively of our experience with Duct Dynasty!

First of all.... WOW. My AC went out on Monday, July 24, 2023 and every company that I called was booked solid for a week. At 2:30am on 7/26/23 I was going through other vendors on Yelp and stumbled upon Duct Dynasty. I put in a request, hoping to hear from them during normal business hours, and low and behold Brian reached out to me at 6:45am. He was able to call me and was at my house at 10:30 (between appointments) for what we hoped would be a quick job! He, and his wife Liz, worked in a heatwave+humid as all get-out, and had my AC up and running in about 20 minutes (give or take). They had the best rate ($150/hour, with a 1 hour minimum), with no requirement to do a pre-diagnostic. He was able to diagnose and repair all in the same amount of time. They are also actively quoting us a new unit, as our current unit is not kind to the California electricity costs (and made in 1996). They have already given me a ton of options of where we could go, I have never felt better about this new, budding relationship! Thank you so much Brian (and Lizz)

Local, family owned company. Had an attic A/C acting up and Brian and his team took care of the issue. They are responsive and show up on schedule. If you are into learning, Brian is very informative while he works. Their pricing was more than reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Recently Brian brought his crew to our condo to solve issues with a roof unit that has been a problem for many months. He promptly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed that same day. Huge improvement in the performance of the unit. Also recommended them to a neighbor who was equally impressed with their service. Glad to have found this company!
