The sales representative for ARS rescue router as well as your workers installers of air conditioners each one was fabulous. Absolutely fabulous!!!! You need to recognize that these are outstanding employees that you have and it’s one of the best group of employees that came to my home for the services of the air conditioner. That were very professional courteous everything I could ask for . I’ve had different companies for air-conditioning come here to service my air As well as uninstalled from years ago, I will never use those companies again ARS you have the Clean work they did and performed for me. Dan from ARS/Resue Rooter came to do a 'tune-up" service on my air conditioner today and he introduced himself to me and extended his arm to shake my hand and that impressed me so much-- those are basic manners that you just don't encounter anymore. Dan explained everything that he was going to do and then showed me the results of each procedure that he did. He made recommendations along the way and gave advice on how to keep the unit running at an optimal level and at a minimal cost. My air conditioning unit is 9 years old now so he did discuss the benefits of getting a new system vs. paying to replace expensive parts on an older system. He did know upfront that I was considering replacing my unit with a newer more efficient system. Dan was VERY thorough and knowledgeable and informative and did not pressure me to make any decisions that I was not comfortable making. I would definitely recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter and I will definitely ask for Dan again in the future. Dan is in a class of his own-- the kind of customer service Dan gave me today was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Dan for being a respectful honest person and for exceeding my expectations.
Angel and Mathew were very professional and polite with great work ethics. They came and jumped to fixed and finished the job and very professional way and kept me posted on all the actions until they finished the job. I’m very pleased to have them working in my house. Excellent job. I recommend them to anyone.
I had a great experience with ARS, starting with a young African American male that stopped me at the Waterford Lakes Lowe’s. I believe his name is Jamal, but not certain. I don’t usually stop when people are trying to get my attention in a store. I am usually in and out of the store. He was willing to walk with me as I picked up my items. If not for him I would not have gotten my AC inspected. My AC was 21 years old and still functioning. Not long after Ricky arrived at my home. Ricky was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping find the best unit to fit my needs. Ricky answered all my questions and made the process easy for me to understand. I am a very tough person to sell anything to, but Ricky has to be the best they have. I broke my rule of same day purchase. I was made an offer I could not refuse so to speak lol. ARS sent the absolute best installers to my home. Ask for the father and son team of Nelson and Jacob. Those two guys are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond making my garage look better than it had before. To watch these two men work was jaw dropping. To do what they did requires you to be a carpenter, welder, plumber, painter, weight lifter and electrician. I'm not one to stand over someone while they are working, but Nelson and Jacob were so cool to be around. They are masters of the craft. Both very helpful with explaining all the functions of my new unit. If you have the opportunity to get Nelson and Jacob you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend ARS.
I called yesterday and was advised they had a 6-9 slot, I thought great that was quick! 8:40 rolls around and I call to confirm my same day appointment. She lets me know that I am scheduled and should be contacted soon & they will contact me 30-45 mins prior to dispatch which I found odd considering there was only 20 mins left in the quoted time frame, but I thought no big deal… I’ve confirmed the same appointment twice now I should be good. Mind you this was an appointment made around 2 pm that same day. 9:14 rolls around still no call from the tech. I call back & the 3rd person says oh I see what happened you’re scheduled for tomorrow. Let me escalate this to management I see we still have someone in your area I can likely get them there, but no promises, worse case I can put you on the first block for tomorrow. By this point the ac had been out all day, I had waited for hours and I asked if the manager couldn’t do anything (which is understandable considering it is now borderline 10pm), could he atleast call me back to confirm what my appointment time would be. He assured me he would. No call was ever received. Roll around to 10 this morning thinking he must’ve just scheduled me for the early session as he mentioned. That too elapsed, I called in and was told I was scheduled for 6-9pm tonight the next day which is what I was originally scheduled for incorrectly. I had to call and cancel an appointment I didn’t even know still existed and thankfully I did considering they charge well over the going rate for a service call. The air has been repaired by an entirely different company who was here within 3 hours of my initial singular call. Absolute waste of time this company is. 10/10 do not recommend.
I just had a tune up done by ARS and the tech Eric was very pleasant. He was honest with what we would do with our unit and did an awesome job . He step he did he was informing us why it was being done and suggested we do the tune ups every 6 months. We will be using them again soon
