Service was great! We received a call and text when the technician was on the way. Donnell was here about and left us nice and cool. They make it so easy we renew our service contract a few years at a time.

M heat was not working today 11-10-2025. It was pretty cold this morning. I called Hutchins. They are always my ‘to go people’. They were able to come out same day and fix my problem and it only cost me $69. They are exceptionally great company and never disappoint. The tech who came out to my house was very professional and even wore shoe booties so he wouldn’t dirty up my floors. Great company !

Oct last year, I hired Hutchins to help me with what I thought would be a fairly straight forward septic line repair on a new investment property. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the toughest plumbing repairs I'd ever experienced but through it all Hutchins provided superb guidance and solid repairs at a very fair price. We had lots of twists and turns but Hutchins remained honest, transparent and fair with pricing and repairs needed. From the owner all the way down to the techs, I received exceptional service and support. Big thanks to Timothy, Joseph, Landon and Jeremy for their time, empathy, expertise, patience and professionalism. I highly recommend.

Well I really cannot write a review at this time because I booked an appointment for an estimate on Thursday for the following Tuesday, had my husband stay home to meet them and after 50 minutes of not showing up I called. He said that someone had to go home and that they called me to reschedule but no one answered. I had no phone call, text, or email from them. So I decided to just try and go with someone else. Funny thing though… right after I hung up the phone I got a text stating that my 11:30 am appointment was cancelled and call to reschedule. My appointment was at 10. SMH

Had a clog that affected the entire house. Someone came out 45 minutes til the business closed acting like they could squeeze me in, and "fixed" the issue. charged me 500 for said fix. He sounded like he wasn't sure if the issue was fully fixed and he was gonna need to be out here in another week or two. 2 weeks later surely enough, the same exact issue happened again. called another plumber, came and fixed it in 10 minutes, charged me half the price. No issues since. Noted.

We recently needed assistance with our hot water heater, and Hutchins. Plumbing and air conditioning provided top-notch service. Timothy, the technician, expertly reset the system, ensuring everything was working perfectly. Timothy was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process clearly and ensured we were comfortable with the resolution. his dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in his thorough and efficient work. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company that we have used for several types of service! Yesterday, Dakota installed an electric water heater after the one we had went out. He was very professional, was clear in explaining all of our options, and patiently answered all our questions about how to maintain & care for the new one. We are confident that a good job was done.
