Issac just came out to resolve an HVAC modification issue for our bathroom remodel project. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Our experiences with Webb’s staff is always exemplary, every project no matter how small is always handled quickly and efficiently. In addition to the previous review, Houston & Jason came out for another job on our bathroom remodel to add a light in our newly remodeled shower that did not have a light. They quickly went to work after I explained what we needed, made a great suggestion regarding the type of light, and in no time at all we had a wonderful install. As usual the work was quick and efficiently performed at a reasonable price! Kudo’s to Webb for the quality of their people!

Webb Electric is great! From the time I first called to the end of the service call, every one was very polite, friendly and professional. Ellen was able to get the electricians here on very short notice. Once here, Houston and Jacob were OUTSTANDING! They were very knowledgeable, quickly fixed the problem, and cleaned up after themselves! Houston then took the time to explain everything they did, what caused the problem, and then walked over everything a second time to make sure it was all working properly. Outstanding A/C Service – Fast, Thorough, and Professional I recently had my air conditioning unit serviced, which included a thorough cleaning and the replacement of a few worn-out parts, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The technician arrived the same day I called for assistance. He was punctual, courteous, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain each step of the process and even showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, clearly explaining the issues they were causing. During a detailed inspection, he found that the blower fan and coils were very dirty. He removed a significant amount of dust and debris that had built up over time, which immediately improved the unit’s airflow and overall efficiency. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C maintenance or repairs. Great value for the price and top-notch customer care!

The service i had was over a year ago, but i still get angry every time i think about it! They sent two young guys come out (i believe one was in training) to replace a small box and aluminum wiring (about a foot) with copper, on top of a water heater. The plumber had said it should be less than a $200 job. So… it ended up costing me $450. using Webb electric for a 30 minute job. My head still spins every time i think about how the heck they came up with that!!!!

Our A/C unit went out during high temperatures here in Denison. We are over 60 and worried. Webb Electric was highly recommended, so we called them. A technician came out and had to order a part that may take 4-5 days. That felt like a be long time without A/C. They were kind enough to leave us with a window unit that helped. A young woman named Ellen followed the delivery of the part, alerted the warehouse manager and called us daily with an update. The part will be installed today. Ellen is an exceptional employee who went above and beyond her job. Thank you, Ellen! The warehouse manager and technician as well. Outstanding customer service. We, now, highly recommend Webb!!
