Gowland's Heating & A/C

I usually don't write review but this is one that I have to do. Mr. Sam and his crew George, Benny, and Robert were a God send. My AC went out 6 weeks ago and I did have a Home Warrenty. Of course after paying 248 months of paying the premium they denied me and told me that it's a pre existent condition. I won't name the company but the initials are CHW. I had to pay out of pocket to have the unit replaced. I had 3 estimates and Gowland's came and explained everything that would take place. After comparing the 3 estimates Gowland's had my decision wrapped up. They arrived before the arrival time and went to work and within 5 hours they had me cooling off my home. When they left my house it was cleaned and there were no evidence they were even here except the cold air blowing out of the vents. This was yesterday and this morning Mr. Sam called me to make sure everything was working and was I satisfied. I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED! If anyone is reading this, Gowland's AC is the company you are looking for. 5 stars are not enough to rate this company. EXCELLENT COMPANY AND STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU GOWLAND'S AC. I REALLY FEEL BLESSED AND THANK GOD HE SENT THEM TO ME.

I recently discovered that my home A/C was not functioning properly. I called Gowland's because, even though I had never used them before, I had heard good things about them. They were quick to set up an appointment for the next day. Zack came out promptly and even called to tell me he was on his way. He checked my unit and determined that there was a leak in my coil. He was friendly, efficient, and professional and sent me pictures of my unit with approximate costs to repair or replace. Sam, the owner came the next day to go over quotes for replacing my unit or repairing the leak. He gave me his cell number and even told me to have my son call him that night with any questions he might have. I decided to just repair my unit by replacing the coil and felt that their pricing was reasonable. Again Zack came out two days later with another repairman and competed the service. Again, both guys were very informative and friendly. I'm really satisfied with the service I received. I also want to shout out to the ladies in their office. I think I spoke with three of them and was pleased with their attitude and efficiency. Don't hesitate to use them!!!

A fair price for a high quality job well done. They had to replace the air handler in the attic. I definitely recommend Gowland's Heating & A/C.

Sam, the entire office staff and all of the install guys were great! Showed up on time, professional, polite and everything went exactly how you would want it to. Very happy I went with Gowland’s! Thanks guys!

My husband and I are very pleased with the work we had done by Gowland's, from the first day when Luke came out and thoroughly checked out our AC system to discover it needed to be replaced along with duct work as well, Luke was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer our many questions. Then the next day Mr. Sam came out to go over all the pricing and we were trying to work with a home warranty co (don't ever bother with one of these when you purchase your home) which Mr. Sam spent hours here with us on the phone to try to explain this situation to them. We did still get the new unit and all the work that was recommended and all the crew that was involved in this process, Zach, Randall, Dennis and George were very kind, professional and always willing to answer our questions and worked very hard to get this completed, even in excruciating heat. We will continue to use Gowland's in the future and feel very confident with them.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I had an occasion to contact Gowlands heating and air regarding an inspection for rental property HVAC system after contacting me Mr Gowland scheduled a visit to My property as well as My Elderly Moms home I was happy someone was coming out to check everything out.Mr.Gowland called to let me know he was on the way to the property and I would let him in remotely because the occupants were not there. Well from what I could see from the outdoor camera Mr Gowland walked in and five minutes later, he walked out never reported what condition the HVAC unit was in. NEVER went to my mom‘s house to check her system out very unprofessional No report nothing until this day. It was like he saw a ghost or something I don’t know exactly what happened, but I’ve never had a service person show up to one of my properties and just leave like that. Unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very unhappy with our unit, seems we bought a lemon. Service calls finally happen but it takes 3 or 4 phone calls complaing and the times are never close. Very unhappy, would not recommend.
