I called Moreau's Thermal Services late Friday afternoon 11-7-25 because our furnace went out and we had no heat. Temperatures were going to drop to freezing the very next Monday night 11-10-25. They made sure we had the 1st appt. Monday morning. Service tech, (John), showed up on time, and although I was at work, my wife told me he was very professional and respectful. He had our heat up and running in about an hour. We ever have another problem with our AC or heating, with no hesitation, we will be calling Moreau's... Thanks guys, my wife and I appreciate you!!

The Moreau team led by Rob Ring , who defined the scope and cost for my new 3ton unit, did an excellent job with the installation. It is a first class piece of work and I could not be happier. The install group led by Danny White were trustworthy, profesional, east to work with, and fully dedicated to do the best they can....and the outcome reflects I know where to go with all my future AC and Heating needs

John was always a friendly face when we needed anything! We bought a new unit with Moreau’s last year and they were so helpful if they had to come by for minor things. Never tried to make an unnecessary buck off of us. We signed up for a maintenance plan because they are that awesome. Highly recommend
