Comfort Flow Heating

We are very happy with Comfort Flow’s work. They put in our H/P 3 years ago, and it has either for us really well. We have Service contract to keep it in good shape. The technicians who come twice a year are friendly and professional. They keep us informed on what they are doing and recommend steps of needed. Great company!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this team! Robert came out to do the estimate—he was easy to work with, got our quote over quickly, and clearly walked us through the rebate process. Travis and Randy made sure we knew what to expect from start to finish, and their crew arrived ready to get to work on day one. Sean and Emerald were courteous, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful—staying on top of cleanup and working carefully around our cat and many children. We had a unit installed in every room, and they made sure to keep doors closed for safety and protect surrounding items with drop cloths. That level of care is truly above and beyond. Jorden handled the electrical work, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better-run team. The finished product was completed days ahead of schedule, the trim-out is tidy and well thought out, and our home is already more comfortable than ever. Huge shoutout to this entire crew—you’re all exceptional at both the technical side of your craft and at being respectful, efficient guests in a busy, lived-in home. We’ve been using Comfort Flow for 8yrs and in that time we’ve had nothing but excellent, consistent service. Each of their employees has been kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Garrett was our technician today and was excellent! Thank you Garrett! I’m not sure how Comfort Flow does it, but keep up the great service! I’m a customer for life. When our AC unit went out more than once for 4 years in a row and our home warranty company failed to repair the problem we needed help. I searched for the number one top rated heating and air conditioning company in the Eugene area and found Comfort Flow. I called and explained our situation and they sent a representative the next day. Kyle was great to work with. He examined the unit in our attic and outside and explained the unit we had was original to our house and not the correct size to cool our size home. Our unit was 25 years old. I couldn't believe it. It needed replaced. He went over our options, gave us his recommendation and we trusted exactly what he suggested. He then went over the pricing and warranty and even set us up with zero APR financing. He was very professional and personable. We were so appreciative. We got our install scheduled in a timely manner and it took the guys 2 days to complete the job . I felt so bad for them as it was 130 degrees in our attic those 2 days. They took very good care of our house while hauling out the old unit and installing the new one. We are extremely impressed. Kyle even came back to the house to show us exactly how to use the new thermostat and install the app on our phones to control the the temperature from anywhere in the house. We love our new unit and want to thank the whole team for taking care of us!

My 50-yr-old gas furnace stopped working and after determining it wasn't the thermocouple I contacted Comfort Flow. Jake came out and determined it was the gas valve. After ordering/receiving the part, Jake came out to install it. There were several unexpected glitches in the process (all having to do with the original installation) requiring a couple extra trips to pick up other replacement parts. Throughout, Jake was thorough - showing me the issues and reassuring me they were fixable. All is well now. Oh, and let me say the office staff at CFH were also very professional and thorough as well.

I was heading out of town the next day and my furnace stopped working. I called several repair companies and they couldn’t come that day. I called Comfort Flow and they said they could respond late afternoon, I told them my situation and they said they would try. An hour later they called back and said they could be at my house in 20 minutes. They came and fixed my unit in a timely manner and their charges were more than fair. Thank you Comfort Flow.
