Wow! Blown away by the quick attention to my problem and the ability to fix it so fast! Within hours of my HVAC unit not working I had an Accutemp team member here ready to assist. They were friendly, professional, courteous (wore booties over his shoes in my home), prompt (most companies make you wait hours for them to actually show up) and so knowledgeable. My HVAC was back up and running within days of my first call, and I felt so fortunate that I called the right company for the job! It’s never great when you need you gas furnace services. We could not be happier with our experience. Manny, our technician was extremely thorough and was able to identify that it was an install issue from 10 years ago. He came back promptly and fixed all of our issues. He was amazing. We quickly got a written report of all the repairs. The scheduling department was awesome and informative and the accounting department was quick to get us our payment invoice. I highly highly recommend! Thanks for helping us out.

The Accutemp Engineering tech arrived on time, was personable and did a good job. The original plan was to do annual maintenance on two furnaces but we added installing a smart thermostat at the last minute. All was handled well.

We had our heating system replaced with an air source heat pump with Accutemp as part of a remodel. From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and quality of the work at our home. There were many workers at our house during the project. Damon and Aaron were our contacts, and we appreciate all of their help and work with us. They were definitely a highlight among the work we contracted, and the ease of working with them stands out among other companies we met with for this work. Wish we started here first, and glad it ended with them!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I had 1 out of 2 furnaces replaced and will definitely book them for the second furnace. They worked quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. I am honestly very pleased. Sean is super responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He made this process so painless. All of my questions were answered. Everything was done in a timely manner. This was a great experience.
