Marcus came to my house to remove mold that was built up in my split hvac system. I originally was going to do it myself but quickly realized I needed someone with expertise and equipment. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. The owner Eddie is extremely response and honest he was really easy to schedule with. Anytime I have someone give me an estimate I'm hesitant but he walked through everything and felt extremly happy. I can't say enough good things about this company I highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer.

I was referred to EML Mechanical from a friend, they have been top notch professionals from start to finish. Initially I reached out in 2022 due to a Mini Split unit that was not working, Eddie and his team member Marcus were able to get me scheduled quickly. Once they arrived they quickly identified the issue, repaired the problem, and serviced the system all within a few hours. They were able to get us up and running the same afternoon at a fair price with excellent customer service. I was impressed by Eddie and Marcus and hired EML again to add additional Mini Splits to our home. Eddie assisted me through the entire process from picking/ordering the systems, understanding the available Mass Save programs, and installing the units in our home. This was a complicated installation as the compressor needed to get to the roof, we live in a very old home. Eddie and Marcus rose to the challenge and completed the installation on time, the results are excellent and we are enjoying our new mini splits. Eddies vast experience is evident throughout each piece of the process, there was honestly nothing they encountered that he could not navigate.

Edward and his team recently installed three mini-splits at my house in Somerville, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Edward was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the best way to run the system efficiently. He also walked me through how to take advantage of Mass Save rebates, which was a huge bonus. The turnaround time was impressive—especially given the heat and my upcoming move-in date. They got everything done quickly without sacrificing quality. The pricing was more than fair for the level of service and workmanship they delivered. I’m in the real estate business and have already referred Edward to several clients. I’ll absolutely be working with EML Mechanical again. Highly recommend!

Ed and Marcus were on time for the cleaning of my dryer vent additionally Ed was able to accommodate the cleaning of my burner . Excellent job done in a timely fashion . I recommend EML Mechanical and plan on utilizing the service again . Thanks Eddie

I am so impressed. I had met with three different HVAC companies and all were difficult to schedule, didn’t explain much and two had done repairs for me prior that then needed to be redone. EML was all over educating me on options, they were super responsive and timely and the day of the furnace replacement I was floored by the professionalism, quality, attention to detail and communication.
