I recently had Kimber shave come to my house for some plumbing work, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what was my problem. The issue was diagnosed quickly, explained clearly. All at a fair price. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how clean they left the workspace when finished. It’s rare to find someone who takes his much pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, high-quality plumbing service. Definitely use Sila Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical for plumbing issues.

I cannot say enough good things about this HVAC company. Our salesman, Graham, was what sold us. His approach was practical and direct, and there were no high pressure tactics. He answered all our questions as well as many emails and texts. The Sila installation team came and put in our five heat pumps in under three days, and worked closely with us in the positioning of the " line sets" and the condenser. Mark, Claudio, Sam , and Mike were so professional, skilled, and very tidy. The place was spotless when they left. Could not be happier. Edward

Josh Greenleaf was very helpful and informative in diagnosing the problem with my water heater and giving me all of the possible options for a new one. He went through the options multiple times to make sure I fully understood the issues. Roy and his crew came the next day on a Saturday morning and did excellent work to haul my old device and put in a new one. The craftsmanship was excellent and the space was left clean. He showed and explained everything to me that they did in their work. All of the folks who came were incredibly professional and they replaced our system quickly to get us our hot water back. I am thankful for their work!

Guy did a thorough job and was so helpful! Def booking for next year maintenance! UPDATE OCT/NOV 2025: I was excited to have a new plumbing company but when I asked SILA for another quote to replace 2 water hammer arresters at my washing machine they came out and quoted 630$. Then I turned down the work bc it was too expensive, but still had to pay the 50$ charge for the in home QUOTE. I knew about the 50$ in home quote charge but I had no idea they would quote 3 times as much as my local plumber (streeter, who has also gouged me on other occasions). Before the visit, I also sent SILA photos of the old hammer arresters and where they were installed, he could have given me the same quote over email if the photos had been reviewed, bc when he got here he only looked at them briefly before taking 50$ for coming out. After he left I then called and got a quote from Streeter for 220$ for the same work and I called SILA to see if they would match it. The SILA receptionist said they would call me back but I never heard back. Then I tried to replace the hammer arresters on my own and got air into my high efficiency heater system. So I called Harbor Home services for a free quote and they came and fixed that issue FOR FREE, flushed the system and stabilized the water pressure. I told them the Streeter hammer arrester quote for 220$ and they did it for 225$ on the spot. Also, they told me that whoever maintained my system last (SILA) did not empty the trap and did not change out the neutralizer balls. Honestly these companies give me PTSD with the pricing and inconsistency, it isn't just SILA it's whoever. Getting work done on the house is so mentally exhausting. But yeah I definitely learned my lesson not to get quotes from companies that charge for in home estimates 🙁

Guy showed up on time and analyzed the issue we were experiencing. He quickly diagnosed the issue ( air in the lines - gas/hot water heating system) and fixed our heating issue. Guy was very easy to deal with and seems very knowledgeable. We were extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Guy ( at Sila).

Brian ran a diagnostic test for us on our furnace & HVAC and was super helpful! He took the time to walk through all of my questions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and Sila to anyone who needs their furnace/HVAC looked at.

Ralphy and Jayden were great this morning: on-time, explained everything they did, were very quick. They came out to follow up on a general service of the radiator system that Ralphy performed last week. They replaced the painted-over vent valves on all the radiators (seven total) and tightened up some connections to get rid of minimal leaking we had seen last year, all in less than an hour. Very happy with the service today.
