Professional, prompt, experienced work. I’ve been a longtime customer for the past 25-30 years and highly recommend their services. My service technician for annual fall cleaning and servicing reminds me how fortunate I am to have a reliable, trustworthy local heating and cooling to ensure everything they’ve installed is properly cleaned and maintained. My technician today, Jack Davis, is great communicating there on the way, and has a hard work ethic. Glad to be a regular customer. Thank you, Atlantic Shores.

I’m active duty military with two small children The rep did not complete complete job and two days without hot water. Do not use! This is husband now responding to staff members response to my wife because I had a little more hands on experience with the tech. I will say he was nice on day one, but nice doesn’t equal professional. I could say a couple of things but I won’t, what I will say is that he came back on day two and when I tried to speak to him, I was ignored and he got in his van and drove off. Like my wife said, the work wasn’t complete and I understand that someone sitting in an office as management would naturally try to cover their employees and protect them by saying the work was complete but photos do not lie. There are a total of 4 photos below. 3 are of the work done by Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling and 1 done by a different company. Notice the differences? One actually took a little pride in what they do and had the integrity to do the job to completion which includes getting the inspection set up through the city of Suffolk so that the customer is not spending 6 hours calling A, B, and C trying to set it up themselves because no permit was ever pulled by Atlantic, but the other company we used followed all the way through so the customer has peace of mind…..the way it should be. Other company also fixed the pipes to align them properly with the meter. As you can see in the photos, the pipes aren’t even connected to the meter, so how can the job be completed if the pipes and the meter aren’t even connected?!?! Not only that, the PSI was set to 25 which was too high and could cause additional damage. He didn’t spray the paint to protect the pipes from weathering either, so nearly 700$ and it wasn’t completed but someone sitting behind a desk who can’t even see the end product is saying it’s complete…make it make sense. Like I said, I get it…you’re defending your company’s name and your employee but at least make sure you’re in the right before making a customer feel like a customer shouldn’t feel. Y’all have a blessed day and we hope to receive our refund within the next couple of days for this lack of quality work.

This was the first time using Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling. I was very pleased. I received a courtesy call to let me know that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and was professional and respectful. He offered suggestions for the next maintenance check in the Spring. I also appreciated that he cleaned up after himself. Good job, Jack!

Our AC was blowing warm. I wrote a text through the company’s website, and was pleasantly surprised to get a telephone call within an hour. The techs showed up promptly the next day at the time we requested. They were very professional and kept us apprised of what we needed every step of the way. Thank goodness it was an easy fix. They had us up and running within minutes. Then they performed maintenance on the unit. We highly recommend this company.

Requested a service call on Tuesday - Tech arrived within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue and explained the options. Ended up the unit had failed. Sales rep arrived Wednesday morning and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Ordered a new system same day. Installers arrived Thursday morning, got the new system up and running without hesitation. Excellent communication from this company before arrival and during the process. Very professional and personable. Other than a new unit, I couldn’t even tell they had been here. Local company, great results!

This company saved us from all the other scam artist companies. They are truthful and honest and everyone should be doing business with them. 4 other companies tried to screw me on getting a complete new system. Atlantic fixed the problem and we have had our HVAC up and running for 8 months now. Love this place! We will be doing all of our HVAC business needs with them and have told all our friends.

Great technicians and very professional. Explained every thing and made sure all concerns were handled. Highly recommended for any hvac needs or help. Staff was super nice over the phone. Great job!
