I can't say enough about Josh and entire tidewater pro air team. These guys were so polite, professional, neat, careful with the house inside and outside. No mess left behind. A stressful situation turned into a pleasant experience all around. They took care of everything and i am impressed with the attention to detail. Both newly replaced units are working beautifully and im so happy I chose tidewater pro.

Highly recommended. Jason came out, conducted an inspection and gave us an estimate for some duct cleaning/santizing and repair. He and his team performed the work and did an outstanding job. He was punctual and was very professional from the beginning to job completion. Oh, did I mention their customer service team? Well, they are amazing too. They kept in contact thru the whole process(scheduling, techinician arrival, follow up etc). Tidewater Pro Air are the guys to call for your HVAC issues.

We had a plumbing issue that caused vent issues - they were quick to get us scheduled and were able to fix same day as well as disinfect the lines to ensure we were no longer exposed to bacteria’s. They were kind understanding and amazing

Great customer service. Came out same week and provided full HVAC assessment to ensure all was in good condition. Provided a few suggestions and gave insight into system and equipment.
